“I've been shopping here for years because I absolutely love the woman who runs the establishment. She's always been good to me. Lately I've been encountering her husband, whom seems to do his best to alienate long time customers with his unpleasant demeanor but I've gotten around this by calling 1st to see who's working. The younger guy is also nice and I don't mind driving the extra few minutes out of my area as long as I don't have to be serviced by the older guy. Each time he seems more disagreeable than the last. I'm sure it can't be easy running a business in this economic climate but alienating long time paying customers seems like a terrible business plan. Thanks...”
