Great customer service. I don't usually review retail shops, but Evelin went above and beyond helping me get the merchandise I ordered online. (But was not yet ready because I placed the order just an hour ago) The manager Stephanie was very helpful too getting me the same discount that was applied on my online order. Lots of cool merchandise... definitely swinging by this store everytime I'm at the Citadel.

My family loves going to thus store. Especially my sister. Everything is organized and that's so refreshing. The staff is super nice. I was trying to find a specific size and one of the workers went above and beyond to go in the back and try to find one. It was really sweet. They have so many selections to pick from! I can't wait to see the spring colors!

Would give no stars if I could. Went in today with my family, my dad had asked one of the employees a question and she looked at her coworker who had keys… guessing she’s a manager which is really disappointing and embarrassing for this location. They gave each other dirty looks and rolled their eyes as I stared at them the whole interaction. I work in retail and that is a very ugly attitude to have toward a customer wanting help.

i shouldn’t even leave then a review the girls that work there have so much attitude!!!!! i asked if they have a certain item in my size and they totally ignored me!!! when i was ready to check out one of the girls eye balled me and gave my a nasty look!! never coming back to this location !!!!!!
