Went to buy shoes for Christmas I didn't got the right size went to change it and they told me that they didn't had the size that they will orders maybe 2 week from know..so I asked the cashier so u want me to drive all the way over for u to order it and bring the shoes back ..they didn't take the shoes or did the order for the right size ...so disappointing...never again...you are a name brand to be doing this to your customers

I came in on a Saturday morning, and all of the staff were very helpful. They were attentive and checked in multiple times. They let me know all the active sales, and they were able to let me know which discounts worked online and at the store. Their helpfulness saved me even more money since they knew all of the sales.

The staff was really nice. I was greeted by the staff soon as I entered the store they also gave me great options on the styles I liked. Freddy was so helpful with getting the shoes in my size an informing me of the sales and rewards program. Thank you all for your help it was a joy visiting your location.

All I want to know is, what can they possibly do with 2 right side boots. I went in around the holidays. Literally ran in when it was about to close because I wanted to buy me a pair of boots I had my on for Christmas. Well I tried on one side and told the sells rep at the counter I wanted those. She left and came back with a box that looked like it had been through a lot. She opens the box and I see those were the ones I wanted. But I never looked to see that they were two left side boots. When I got home I wrapped them as my Christmas gift. Today I bring them out to take them to work since we are in a pandemic can’t really wear them anywhere. To my surprise, two left feet. Not entirely there fault but the sales rep was asked if she checked them and she said yes. Uhm, not you didn’t. Gonna call today. Keep you all posted.

I went into the store 12/17/2021. The staff was incredibly unprofessional. A worker from there brought a dog into the store. The other workers(about 4) were distracted and being loud because of the dog. They were not customers servicing. Again the whole situation was in bad taste. Do better. It’s embarrassing.

THEY HATE KIDS On Dec 13th, 2021 at 2pm, a father and his (possibly 5 year old) son entered the store. The poor father was struggling trying to calm his crying son and decided to take it outside the store asap to not disturb the customers. Great well it didn't stop there.... The moment the father stepped out, ALL of the Steve Madden employees huddled in the front desk to gossip and spoke awfully about father and son such as mocking the father as he was struggling alone and making up stuff about the kid joking he had lice and how ugly he looked (meanwhile the employees hair were bleach fried and/or begging for hydration, the irony) I don't understand, the father took his son outside once he noticed a episode arriving, what exactly does Steve Madden want parents to handle their children without being judged/named called? I'm not asking for the store clerks to like people, let alone children, but instead of acting more immature than a 5 year old, perhaps keep those negative thoughts to selves like any normal mature adult would. If you want to shop here with your children, go ahead. Just like yesterday, they WILL say awful, rude, untrue things about you and your little ones out loud for the entire store to hear, they just won't say it to your faces...

This review is for Stevemadden website. 2 day shipping is NOT guaranteed. They use ontrac shipping services and they take forever to deliver. I reached out via email regarding my order that's been taking 10 days when I have selected 2 day business days to ship. Still no package. I will no longer be ordering online.
