I brought my son to buy shoes for work, at the restaurant where he works they told them that here at Sketchers they give them a discount. He showed her proof of where he works and the cashier told him that he had to come in uniform.

There is a Skechers outlet here, but unfortunately all the prices have been reduced by 5 dollars and it doesn't feel like an outlet at all. The lack of discounts in Outletskichers makes customers go to other brands such as Nike, Adidas, Polo and Puma. My suggestion is to increase the discounts so that it is worthwhile to make our purchase.

Welllll the employee at this store was very ruddddee. There was gum on the floor and of course I’m going to move the gum to the size as it’s a chocking hazard for toddlers. Tell me why she comes up to me while I’m holding my 1years old daughter and very rude tells me that why I couldnt just pick it up. Yes I did say something back because that was just unacceptable. Husband asked for a size for my daughter’s shoes but tell me why she’s at a different aisle and tells my husband there is no size, mind you she didn’t even check and basically just refused to help.

I don't understand why we have to give 1 star if the customer service was awful. I went into this store on Sunday evening, found the shoes I wanted, no one came to see if I needed help. I called a rep, she said she would check if they had my size, she was not very friendly, said her name was Daniela; Didn't find my size but said she could order online; after waiting a while she said she couldn't order and looked as though she was telling me goodbye. I asked her to do one more attempt on my phone. Said she still couldn't. I asked her to call the manager, maybe she knew, Daniela then called Yolanda. She explained to Yolanda and Yolanda didn't even make eye contact with me, she just said it was not possible and went back to what she was doing prior. Daniela couldn't really explained what was going on so I couldn't get my shoes. I left the store but was disappointed at myself for having wasted time. If these reps only understood that their customer's time is valuable. They both need training and learn some manners. Not going back to that store, it was actually pathetic. I will have no problem spending my money at another store where they value my time.
