The manager at the Whittier store in East LA was so rude, she even told me not to shop there. So unprofessional. I have never been talk to like that at any other location. But in the morning I will be calling corporate and I’m making a complaint. She shouldn’t be in customer service if she doesn’t know how to talk to the customer.

Finally found a Ross that had some decent Size 13 shoes.
Usually, size 13 shoes are either football shoes with spikes or some bright colored running shoes. Please continue to supply with size 13 shoes. Thank you. The staff and security is outstanding as well.
Here's an idea . . .
It would be great if Ross had its own inhouse coffee shop. Can you see it? The coffee shop would be in the dressing room area. I think it would be a success.

Lizabeth the girl that works on Fridays afternoon is the laziest worker I've met. She denied me for my returns even though I presented her with my id she said they don't do that so I asked for the manager and she went along with it as well.

I believe is very rude to be paying for your items and the cashier is already calling next guest when I'm not even done putting my money in my wallet. They should hired more cashiers. There is always 2 cashiers and big lines.
