Over the years we have purchased at least 6 military surplus tents from RDD (the very large 18'x36' tents). RDD modified our tents with custom doors and window additions. Great service and custom modifications!

False advertising. Purchased French beret with a crest on ad. Received beret no crest. Called and told "that's why it was so cheep, they don't come with a crest ". Not cheap enough!

All the negative reviews are correct, this is a scam business.One of their employees even tried to get me to give them my credit card info over the phone for a refund...big time scam business that seems to be dipping their toes into fraud.I had to have paypal smack these guys around for me to get my money back. If you're going to ignore our warnings about rdd, make sure you use paypal so you have the chance to actually get your money back. Its the only way you might ever see it again if your giving it to this awful business. My best advice is to just go elsewhere. Its easier to leave it at that, this is scam business, shop elsewhere.and if you notice, you don't have to notice very hard. It is quite blatant that they are using themselves(forcing employees as well I'm sure) to leave 5 start reviews to counteract all the REAL and honest reviews by people they have scammed.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I spoke with Tony Lomeli about a $10000 military tent for use as a hunting cabin.Tony assured me that a brand new alaska structures tent that they were making themselves, would be ready in three weeks. I paid a $5000 deposit.Tony did not provide me with a receipt and it took me three weeks of calling and emailing to receive it.I scheduled a time to pick up my tent at the construction site in California. I drove from Missouri to pick it up.Not only was my tent not ready, they had only started on it that morning. It is over a month later and I have still not received my products, I have a tent frame with an old cover on it that has holes in it. And Tony just won’t respond.This place is a joke and I am now forced to take legal action against the company.

Tony Lomeli is a liar and a thief.I ordered and paid a $5000 deposit on a “new” $10000 tent. Tent took my money and never provided anything more than a used tent frame with an old cover.Tony Lomeli is a liar and a thief. Look at this companies BBB rating and really read the reviews.THIS COMPANY IS UNETHICAL AND SELLING COUNTERFEIT TENTS, THEY ARE OVER CHARGING AND NOT PROVIDING THE ITEMS YOU PURCHASE.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with so caller "business" I believe i have been scammed or this is blatant incompetence and disrespect.I ordered close to 20,000 in products. They promised many things. All lies. Every time they answer the phone I get excuses. Apparently there are no mangers. Just employees who pretend to have no information or pretend to forget who you are Every day. It has been outrageous.They now tell me it has been shipped but provide no tracking number.I've read all of their policies. I have them on record saying a whole host of shenanigans.I have been forced to buy from another company to ensure I have products in case RDD products do not arrive when they were promised. I will be requesting compensation and making formal complaints. This should not happen to anyone.

Lady working desk no clue on prices told me a gas mask cost 175 dollars something's not right with this place looked like a huge pile of surplus in the back not sure what the deal is here

I got no shipping info no date nothing. still waiting on my item I have called countless times they answered the phone once to tell me the shipping department will email me, a week ago. I emailed and still nothing. If a negative star would be possible to rate them I would.1,796 spent on something so where is it?? I will not purchase anything from them again.

I called and spoke with Tony on May 3rd and discussed wholesale rates and options with him. I ordered 1 of a few samples that I was interested in as I expressed being interested in a new vendor supply to provide my company with a large (100s at 1 time) quantity of inventory but 1st wanted to test out the product. 2 weeks passed no product. No tracking number. So I called back and left a message several times but no return call. Today I called and Tony picked up finally. I explained that I've been waiting and calling but no communication or product. He then went on to say he doesn't know who I am because I didn't order online. I provided my name and form of payment as that's all I had to identify the transaction. I stated that he sent me an invoice through PayPal and how could he not remember the business practices that he in fact used. I immediately asked for a refund and he said he would send it and HUNG UP ON ME. Horrible service on top of HIS MISTAKE. I CALLED BACK and recorded the call to be sure that he admitted fault and confirmed the refund amount. Mind you I never provided an order number and he told me the correct amount and said he sent the refund. No apologies. And hung up again...sad day when business owners are like this. Spend your money where common respect is given and great service is apart ofbthe deal.
