This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. The supervisor is a racist and must be fired. Over heard here talking bad about some customers she was helping and even called them the N word. This person must be fired.

Sucks puma store on line, I bought 2 pair on 08/30/2024 and it's one week past and I haven't received the shoes yet. Terrible attention, they don't want to sell. I'm looking for a red Ferrari polo shirt in size M, the store doesn't have it, they go to the warehouse and bring me a black one. I look at the mannequin in the window and it's the one I'm looking for, they couldn't sell it to me because they can't touch the display, then they see that they have 5 in the warehouse, but they are in boxes and they haven't taken them out, until next week , then they send me to buy at the Orange store, which is quite far away. As I say, they don't want to sell!

This store has good collection compared to many Puma stores, they always have some good deal going on for cloths or foot wears. We always stop by every time we go to the Citadel Outlets, and always end up buying something from here.

It is located inside a shopping center (provides parking).The place is spacious, bright and very tidy.The variety of products is wide and the prices are extremely affordable. The quality is very good as they are original products.The staff with excellent customer service, their attention is very notable.
