DO NOT PURCHASE THE APPLIANCE WARRANTY!! It is a waste of money We have waited 7 days for an appointment, took off work (without pay), waited around all day, spoke to several people in customer service, only for the technician to NEVER show up. After multiple calls again to customer service, the tech finally called me to say he wasn't coming at 4:30pm and that I needed to reschedule my appt. We are currently waiting for another appointment slot

if you're looking for flooring do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. it costs $35 for an estimate at the home. After spending 2 hours with the estimator taking pictures and measuring room, prepare for another hour on the phone and another hour in the store. The pricing changes and it gives the feeling of adding more and more expenses to what I thought was a completed quote. Do yourself a favor, save $35 and go elsewhere

Worst customer service store ever. Need help? NOT HERE! Purchased over $1,800 worth of lumber. Asked for help, was ignored. Just a bunch of 16 year olds with their face glued to their phones. I had to load in the store and load on my truck while they all just watched. LOWES is better.

Melessia, Home Depot Assistant Manager at 1919 Wells Road, Orange Park, FL 32073 helped us last night 12/29/23 at 8:05pm. She was the closing manager and we were there to buy some clearance items that she helped us with. The Issue was that they were the last 2 rocking chairs in the garden department but they had mold all over them and they were broken. She marked them down since they needed to be repaired and repainted which made it a value for us. I figured we could repair them and sand and repaint them. The store was closing at 9am and we were not sure if we would be able to fit both of them in our car. Melessia offered to meet us after 9pm so we could pick up the 2nd chair if they both didn't fit. She was such a pleasure to deal with and has excellent customer service skills! We just wanted to let you know that we appreciate her! We were able to fit both chairs in our car after all!

UPDATE:Definitely done with Home Depot. I will not be buying anything online or in the store!Finally got my replacement order and they sent me the wrong length of trim! UPC code is the same on both items, but this one is 8 inches short than the one I previously received!Customer service is worthless. Wanted me to waste more of my time returning the wrong stuff and reorder, so I can wait another 15 days to get the wrong stuff again!!!Goodbye and good riddance to Home Depot forever!!!

Don't use Home Depot for your kitchen remodeling or for any work that is to be done in your home. Their sales people are inept. They are impossible to get a hold of once you've agreed to the work. They made two huge mistakes in our renovation which their project manager is unwilling to deal with. If you, God forbid, raise your voice with the customer service reps AFTER they mess up your $30K renovation, you're deemed abusive. This was our first and last project with Home Depot. We've done multiple projects with Lowe's. Their work is better, their prices are cheaper and they stand behind their people and work.

Went in to purchase paint. I was looking for am specific color and the customer service representative was friendly and kind enough to help me find the exact color of paint I needed. And did also help me with recommending me good paint brands.

Me and my family have been shopping at this Home Depot for so many yrs. We always received the best service. Lately for the past months when I come to purchase things the staff is rude and dismiss my ask for assistance. They all have attitudes. On Sunday I went to purchase a door and asked three different staff member for assistance. After waiting for over 30 min I went out to get a cart and got the door by myself. One of the guys came back to tell me that the staff in charge of helping the door department was gone for the day and no one else could help me. Omg so disappointed at the staff, really no one could help me so I had to help myself. If I could give them 0 star I would.

I paid Home Depot to install flooring in the contract it states all pad and tack strips will be glued. Thier installers came and stapled and nail into my radiant heat pipes. I informed the store and Customer Service through various methods each time pushed off to someone else. It has been 6 days and I still have not gotten a single rep to schedule an appt to come assess the damage. They are also so far refusing to refund me for the carpet I had to rip out myself to stop it from continuing to damage my house (as it is wet) or for the money I paid to have it install even though it was not done to the contract. I have told them repeatedly to please come see the damage and I can not get any help.

Horrible service. They sent a damaged item and would not send a replacement right away. I needed the item by a certain date. They advised that I had to wait until money was refunded then I would have to place a new order. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!!!

Tried to purchase a snowblower over a month ago. Delivery was pushed 3 times. Each time was another week wait. 4 time it was pushed again out 2 more weeks. Spoken to 4 different customer service reps and 2 managers none of them could or would trac the orders location. All I was told was that an order was placed, and "in delivery", Indefinitely apparently. When I finally got sick of this nonsense and attempted to cancel the order I was informed that I couldn't due to the order being "out for delivery". I was informed all I can do is wait until the order was delivered and than refuse accepting it. I was forced to refute payment with my CC company and start an inquiry with Visa. NEVER using this terrible company ever again.

I recently bought a new dryer with the vent and plug kits. The vent kit said it was a ridgid product and charged by 27.48. What I received was the "tin foil" type that is a fire hazard. I didn't realize it was the wrong one until after installers were done and gone. The pictures explain it all. This is what I found once the drivers were gone. Unacceptable!!! Does anyone take pride in their work.
