Returning process is terrible, people are not on time to their job. Even if it is 3 min late, you should be on time especially if you are the only person able to refund a costumer

I applied for a job here as a costumer service representative the manager a Chinese girl wanted me to learn all the parts of cars, trucks, ect.. within 2 weeks she told me if I couldn’t learn then then I was wasting her time in training me she said time is Money and your wasting mine she said a races comment she said a lot of Mexican tell me to learn Spanish and I tell them we live in America you learn English if not then don’t call ti buy from our company and they don’t even give us breaks we only got to take a 30 min lunch and that’s it
