I wanted to give Efrain a big shout out for helping me and my wife buy a mattress today. Efrain was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to make us comfortable in making the right purchase. He answered all are questions and helped us pick the right mattress for are needs. My wife and I came to the Ortho Mattress outlet in the city of Commerce to buy a bed for my father in law. We have been here before now my father in law is looking for a new bed. We were welcome by the sale person we told him we are looking a bed for my father in law he help us to look one my father in law try couple mattress but one he likes very much. We were to the office and buy the bed for my father in law.

I had a wonderful buying experience. Sal was great, no pressure whatsoever. Delivery was right on time and new Ortho mattress is so comfortable to sleep on. Really love my new mattress and foundation. Price was perfect too. Thanks again Sal!

Please stay away from this family owned business store! They are horrible, starting with the "general manager" Salvador Ochoa. They will charge you for everything and steal your money. Make research if you end up purchasing from here, but I do not recommend. I am surprised they are still in business considering their bad customer service. Great sales persons, but not so great when you need help. Son rateros. I saw a review where they say "just go to Costco they have better service" and I agree. Stay away from here. They will make your bedtime miserable. I wished I looked into their service before purchasing, now it seems that I'm stuck with the bed no matter what I do. They won't do refunds, they won't give you the difference if is less than what you paid for and they will charge you $100 more for delivery even though you already paid once for it or have remaining credit.

We had visited a few other mattress stores in search for a full size bed. We stopped by to check out their mattress' and we're happily surprised by their selection. Got to try out various options, and the best part Efrain our salesperson was not pushy at all. Gave us time to test out, provided knowledge about the various products and pointed us the right way regarding what we needed. We were also pleasantly surprised with their ten year warranty and also delivery fee was part of our cost. Thanks Efrain for your great customer service.

Today we went in to look for a mattress for our son. We were greeted by Efrain. He was courteous and helpful with all of our questions. The prices for their own brand were unbeatable and decided to purchase one.
