Poor service to customer, late or missing product on deliveries, very difficult to get any feedback on delivery status (especially if there are issues, which there usually are).

Although the security guard was friendly, I can not say anything good about this place. It took me 5 hours to get loaded. And DO NOT DARE to need a restroom. They will direct you to a port -o - potty that has not been serviced for a year. It is nasty and disgusting. Even animals have more self respect than this. I'd have taken pics, but I chose not to take my phone with me for fear of either losing it in the outhouse, or ruining it because I had to sanitize it after being in there.

If you're looking for work and you submit your application more than 2 times, Rocky will reject your application on driver pulse. Don't work for this company, Rocky just blows smoke up your nose. Especially since they have a partnership with TGA truck driving school, most likely they wont hire you because they play favorites, mostly with females.

I'm here basically every week picking up a backhaul. The office guys are nice and for the most part they load me in a timely matter. Usually big delays are because of my company not because of them. Don't mind coming here every week.

I m very displeased with the service . I had a appointment at 6 am . I went to the window for check in .After 30 minutes wait , the guy asked me what do you want ? He just busy with his personal stuff . He was so rude. The service was so poor . I canceled other appointment. They just wasted my whole day.No parkingNo foodNo restroomNo waiting area

Easy in Easy out. The employees here Know what they are doing. Very polite and Professional. From the time you go in at the guard shack to the time you exit out. If I could I would give them10 Stars...
