  Best customer service, price, and selection. We been doing business with them for over 20 years, We go to all the wholesalers but this one is our favorite. Customer service is outstanding compared to all the rest beauty supply wholesalers and no one can beat their prices.

  This is a beauty supply vendor. I shopped here twice for my beauty supply. I enjoyed my first time shopping here with Jason! He was super helpful and showed me where everything was! He was so good that it made me come back. My second time shopping with them today was an experience and maybe my last time shopping with them. The manager that had a clip board we spoke about Mielle and he was very nice and helpful! The two people in the front that checked me out were rude!!!!! I had about 6 products I changed my mind on. I only took half of the case instead of the entire case of products and the guy complained... "Why you bring it up here if you not going to buy?" I told him I did not have a box cutter and when I spoke to the manager he explained to me I don't have to buy a full case.. I can buy 3 pieces, 6 pieces. I told him I'm spending my money and I don't appreciate being spoke to this way! I was thinking of just walking out of there with no products.. just because of the guy in the front! I am a black owned beauty supply store and I felt like this was horrible customer service to the point I have to reach out to all my black owned beauty supply stores and let them know how I was treated and to possibly take their business elsewhere! It's ridiculous.. the only reason it's getting 3 stars is because Jason was super helpful and the manager was super helpful. Sadly i don't know if I will shop with this vendor again.
