Lucky Brand is good fashion outlet. I tried their shirts and jackets two years ago and I appreciate the quality. The Lucky Brand designs are really attractive and good quality. However, prices could a bit lower.

Cheap material and ironically pricey too. I only buy certain jeans because I love how they feel - but don’t come here for long lasting jeans. Go to Levi’s.

I ordered some jeans online and tried to return some in store. They told me if I return in store I would have to get a store credit because I paid with PayPal and they're having issues with returns and 3rd party payments. The alternative is to send back by mail which will cost me $8 for the shipping label. They shouldn't accept 3rd party payments if it's going to contradict their return policy. At the very least waive the label fee since it is through no fault of mine that I can return in store. Won't be ordering again.

Love the stretchy fit of Lucky Brand jeans & our kids needed some new clothes so in we went. This store is clean, workers are helpful and prices are reasonable (for this brand anyway) great store, nice people, good place to go back to school shopping.

What happened to the friendly employees that they used to have? Two weeks ago, I had a bad experience here with the manager, Evelyn. I wanted to see if I could exchange or get store credit for a dress my husband bought for me for mothers day which did fit me and unfortunately had misplaced the receipt. But the manager did even let me explain, she cut me off with a very dry attitude, saying we don't do that. My review its not based on the fact that I got a no for an answer but the way the manager approached me. ...plus I shop at this store all the time.

Julio was awesome. Super helpful and knowledgeable about the product. The inventory isn't the best at the moment and Lucky continues to produce the inferior Venice Burnout line which leaves your skin the same color as the shirt. Shake one out and watch the powder fly. And if you wash it once, it holds true to its name. A complete burnout. You may as well use it as a rag because the color is gone and the fabric is worn. But they still create some great designs and make some rad jeans.

Extremely rude salesperson. Didn't catch his name, but he's tall with long hair and glasses. Plus, these manager types we're talking amongst themselves and no one greeted me or offered any assistance. I was willing to buy some items but I decided to take my business to Levis. Better service over there.
