Sold me a USED product!
Unbelievable...I placed on order online through the ACE website to pick up at the store and they sold me a used product. Product was opened, most of it was used and there was a spoon inside...clearly they used this product in the store and sold it to me. This has never happened to me at an ACE Hardware store - usually they're totally reliable and great. AWFUL store.

Bought an expandable 50 ft long hose as seen on tv brand LIFE TIME WARRANTY 10 months ago for $56 USD wasn't sure about my purchase until the clerk confirmed it was lifetime warranty and I inquired about the warranty process and remark was "if something happens to the hose just bring it back and we replaced just save your receipt.. Effectively the hose ripped due to normal water pressure, I went back today 06/08/24. A young lady clerck at the front cashier noticed I had something to be returned and put a 5 customer line to approach me and ask what my need or issue was .. Explained her what my need was and she wasn't helpful at all and rud as well she just told me to deal with the hose company not with them... I put ACE HARDWARE over home depot and lows because of my Father and this is what I get in return and pow wow thank you mam..You guys just lost my business.
