Pathetic customer service.2 weeks without an email reply.I've had better luck with overseas companies.Terrible that they are only 2 hours away in my same state!I guess a product 1.5 years old is considered "years of satisfactory service life" to them. What a joke for an American business.

I ordered a hood for my 2004 Lexus es330 and it available for pick up in 3 days and was the right part for my car. The employees were professional and curious.

Parts N Go Amazon Seller. Selling 2 mirrors that don't match (one painted and one NOT painted) and won't accept return DURING A PANDEMIC because it's been more than 30 days? I didn't open the box until the date of install. 1 Year Warranty? Won't return product for whistling sound because they blame it on the Professional Installers. 3rd party confirmed IT'S THE CHEAP PRODUCT not the install. Amazon FAIL.

The best don't come cheap...
I have tried numerous headlight, taillight, and brake light brands (Spec-D=garbage, Recon=leaked, and a few other nameless wonders) and IPCW is the ONLY one that the housing NEVER leaked on me or the LEDs didn't burn out! Going on 2 years now and ZERO problems! Gotta pay to play though....

This company makes products that don't work and ignores their customers when they try to get resolution.

Hello all Jeepers. I would not recommend the LED tail light product manufactured by In Pro Car Wear (IPCW) sold at 4WheelParts, Amazon, and other retail stores. These tail lights do not hold up to the rigors of off road use. I have owned mine for roughly 2 years and have experienced. 1. Lense Cracking 2. Moisture behind the Lens 3. LED Bulb Failure 4. Error Messages on my Dash Display 5. Poor/Short Warranty period 6. POOR Customer Support In retrospect I should have kept my OE Tail lights which are designed to last a lifetime. LED taillights are expensive and should last longer then a disposable PEN. In my opinion either keep your OE tail Lights or choose a different brand that stands behind there products. GOOGLE search tells all. You would hope that in this bad Market and economy Companies selling accessories would want to support their products and retain customers.
