The man working there was really rude. He had folded all clothes nearly 2 hrs before closing. He was not letting me to see those clothes neither was showing me as he was taking care of check out. I waited 10-15 mins and got frustrated. He was not letting me to peep into those folded clothes to check my size shirt. This is the service we get!
I went there on July 7th btw.

Super bad company. I bought a wet suit on line. It is too small even though I did all of the measurements. They charge av20% return fee and the shipping was 23 so the total cost to me was approximately 70.00. Most clothing companies allow returns if it doesn't fit and give 100% refunds. No one charges a huge fee of 20% to return!! ABSURD!!!! Absolutely a rip off.

I went to this store looking for a short for my husband. And we ask a girl of name REBECCA if she got his size and she say the nNO the that was it. So l I ask her if she could call orange store to find if they have that size ,and she was rude saying no. The s t ore are Not connected.. when I know for a.fact they are. She doesn't have customer service at all. She so rude because of her ,we not making business w this store at all.

The company has horrible customer service. E-mailed them twice regarding an issue with sandals that are defective and they did not respond. Contacted online customer service and the representative said they could not help me because the item was not purchased online. I understand that, but the e-mail I was given to use to contact the company did not get any response. It should not be so difficult to reach someone.
