July 2022 in ordered one window to be installed. One!!! job needed license and cert insurance. Home Depot couldnt provide it. they hired GoPermits to get it done. Took til March 2023. Finally They came to install window and they came with the wrong size window from the building plans they were provided. another 3-4 weeks. one guy comes to install window. absolutely horrible, caping is horrible, doesn't outside trim don't match other windows. trash left in the gutters. this for 1 window... never again!

I work for a property management company. I orders hundreds of appliances from Home Depot for our properties. On Saturday a refrigerator was delivered and installed by a tech and the refrigerator just fit in the space, however the doors cannot be opened. The tech told my renter that there is nothing he can do and he left. The tenant reported it to our office on Monday when the office reopened. He did not call Home Depot bc he did not purchase the appliance so he reported it to us. Our office is closed on weekends. Home Depot is refusing to do anything for us. They will not take the appliance back for a smaller one and says there are no exceptions so we are stuck with a refrigerator that will not open. The tech can clearly see that the appliance cannot fit in the space he placed it in. Should have never been left at the property. Unbelievably terrible customer service.

What can I say, all home Depot are usually the same for me. None really standout but this one, oh man EDGAR in the rental side was AMAZING! such a good guy and not only so helpful but so nice, he not only made my truck rental easy but it was so nice and made jokes on the side. He's a really funny and nice guy! thank you so much Edgar, I appreciate you for being so nice and helpful! You deserve whatever comes your way!

This store is convenient off the freeway. They are well stocked. Valerie helped me today and she was very knowledgeable and helpful!!! Good store. Good staff.

Low Quality Frigidaire Freezer with a Single-Use "5 YR Protect Plan"Frigidaire Freezer #FFU20F2VW0: The door was broken on delivery. The door-alarm beeps and the inside light is always lit, even when the door is tightly closed. HD sent someone to fix it, but the part was unavailable. So, I asked for a replacement freezer, which HD denied. HD sent another company. To access the underside of the freezer, all the frozen food was removed and placed on the floor. Today, THE DOOR ALARM IS STILL BEEPING, and I was told the "5 YR Protect Plan" expires after just one repair

I have shopped Home Depot since the La Habra store opened in 2002. Since then I have spent thousands there on three house renovation/remodels and 15+ large appliances. I have an excellent credit rating and dependable retirement income higher than most. Despite these factors, my credit card interest rate at Home Depot ranges between 22% - 29% when my other credit card rates are 9-19% and average 13.4%. I have made several appeals to Home Depot for a lower interest rate without success. The customer Service rep I talked to knew very little about the credit card system, knew of no way to request a lower interest rate, and finally suggested that I apply for a new account, hoping I'd get a lower interest rate.It appears to me that Home Depot does nothing to reward customer loyalty or encourage continued business. I still shop at Home Depot occasionally but do not use their credit card.

Every year it's the same October is always my most busiest month of the year .I love decorating gigs ! I got a lot of cool Halloween decorations at this specific Home Depot. This year's theme is Raven in the graveyard . So far buying the shrink wrap and the packing tape came out really handy. Making original pieces that no one will have is so important ! I love the pumpkins that I bought that matches the scarecrow faces . Besides running back-and-forth for random things to make it all come together I'm really grateful this Home Depot .

Got here just in time before the store closed. Man, I'm bothered as heck right now. Let me explain.... So the store was closing and I only bought two totes. There was a guy at the door who's name is Eddie (I was told). As I was walking out behind these other people, I noticed he just let them out so I expected to walk right out too.... NOPE!!He asked me if I paid for them and since I thought that was a dumb question, I responded with "NO, I stole them" This guy had his hands on my items before I even said that. I tried to continue walking but he had a hold of MY things. I told him to chill out. He asked me for my receipt and looked at the time in his watch (which I thought was unbelievable. Not only did he stop me from comfortably leaving, he even asked the people at the self checkouts if I paid for the items. WOW!First of all, I didn't pay for them there so that was dumb, then! He called me a he and had this unpleasant demeanor while standing at the door. This guy was simply rude and if he's really management... YOU REALLY PICKED EM THIS TIME HOME DEPOT. I'd be embarrassed for someone like that to have a manager title.That's all folks

This has been the worst construction project imaginable, and the work hasn't even started yet! WE signed up for cabinet refacing and countertops (~30k) and the communication has been horrible. From the sales lady, to the scheduling team, to the contractors, nobody has any idea when they will be doing the work or what they are doing. Why does my sink have to be removed a week prior to the countertop install? Why would you quote me a price to drop a pony wall if your contractors "don't do that". One contractor came a week early to template, the scheduling team doesn't answer their phones and return voicemails, and none of the people at home depot seem to really know anything about the work they are selling. Don't do it! Go find your own contractors.

There's a lot to say here on the subject but I'll stick to the lowlights: In summary, the overall coordination between HD and the flooring company was a travesty. I've read a lot about this incredible disconnect in scheduling, ordering, and project status and my experience mirrors what I've read. I spent no less than 8 hours talking to HD and the flooring company to sort out discrepancies across the board. Complete and total aggravation and disruption. Issues: wrong measurements leading to the wrong amounts of materials, the wrong scheduling dates, no show installation (twice). This, over the course of 7 months between signing the project at HD and final installation. The final insult was that I had to complete the application of an 8" piece of molding myself or it would have been a few more weeks before the installer could arrive to complete the job. Ridiculous. You get what you pay for folks, and what i paid for was time lost to coordinate between parties so this train wreck of coordination would finally end. Lesson learned is pay the extra $$ and go with a company that does both the ordering and installation.

I came in to buy a Christmas tree and Ramon really helped my husband and I decide and even los the box on to the cart . He really went above and beyond trying to locate the one we wanted, and now that I've set it up at home I wanted to post how cute it looks! It was such a good deal too. We also purchased someOther holiday decor items and everything was well stocked and organized. I really appreciate the staff at this location, super friendly and caring!

Following a consultation I ordered a new patio door in April 2021. Door was due to be installed in June, cancelled the night before. New date immediately scheduled for July and then that date/time couldn't be honored so second cancellation. Finally rescheduled for September and again they turned up in morning instead of afternoon and did not call prior to arrival, so door still not installed. Customer service is dreadful, keep getting bounced to different people and then nobody answers calls, texts or emails so getting a status update is impossible.

The worst uncoordinated delivery and install service you could ever have. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else. Delivery guys will tell you a lie just for them to push your service aside and have a different customer service to deal with you. Next thing you know, you already wasted a lot of your time. Tried to submit a formal complaint and they will put you on hold for a long time till the line will time out. Do yourself a favor, just go to Lowes or somewhere else. -from a very unhappy customer
