The absolute WORST customer service. I’ve contacted multiple times via phone and email.Never have received a response back from email and have only been able to reach a phone rep one time. All other times were voicemails and zero call backs. Phone rep was rude and unable to provide simple information (needed to know if I can buy hardware replacements.) I ended up getting rid of the bed frame because I was unable to receive customer support. There are better furniture companies out there. Don’t waste your money.

I just purchased the twin xl platform bed and I can honestly say it is THE BEST, SIMPLEST, STRONGEST AND NICE LOOKING BED FRAME I HAVE EVER OWNED! Bravo for a great product! I was glad to spend a little more for a superior product!!!

Wonderful family to o work for. I worked there 10 plus years,best job of my life. The owners are CARING AND COMPASSIONATE. I was electrician Mechanic there working in harmony no stress. I would definitely recommend this plant for an electrician or mechanic or tech. Lots to learn and lots of growth within the company.Family owned and operated. I’ve never had bosses like these guys and never will again. Larry and Jason Harrow, owners.
