I’ve been shopping here for many years. My nephew just bought his first house and I came here to buy dishes and kitchen items. Found everything I was looking for and more. Parking is not great but the prices are! Besides, I have got to get my steps in!

I would give this company zero stars if possible. Just under a year ago we purchased two sets of the Soho dishes. For a home that's barely used as a vacation place. We eat out a lot so the dishes were barely used they all cracked and chipped. We bought a third set and they did the same with in a week. I've had dishes for 30 years that have not broken or chipped like this !! In fact I have some five years or longer from the dollar tree that have not shipped or broken like this. I called customer service today and they said they do not guarantee or replace the item !!! This set for four pieces was not cheap it was $50 at big lot !!! So thanks to this company and they're very cheaply made to not last more than a few weeks dishes I spent $150 and in less than a year I have to go out and replace all my dishes again because these dishes are garbage to say the very least. In my personal opinion and belief and experience with them. I thought customer service would be helpful but they're worse than the dishes they make they did absolutely nothing. If you're smart you'll run from this product not walk and find a company that makes buy far better dishes and guarantees to replace them when they break and ship within less than a year of barely being used we all eat out of majority of the time I have barely use those dishes they look like they're 20 years old in less than a year I've never in all my life seen such poorly made dishes. And a company that did not stand by their own product and simply do the right thing. I will never buy anything this company makes again after my experience with these dishes and speaking with customer service today

This is such a disrespectful place, they don’t deserve any kind of stars. I tried taking a load back because no space at the receiver the supervisor/manager has no experience of treating owner operators with respect like, he doesn’t help out. If he owned Gibson from shipping and receiving. If you don’t like to do your job then don’t work!!

This store is Wonderful!! Not too many people, the store is very clean. There are so many brand name items that are very discounted. My cousin gets pioneer woman items that are less than half price in some cases. It is Definitely a place worth visiting.

They randomly open and close. Don't waste a trip. They never post about upcoming closures, or even current closures. They are open one day and then closed the next without explanation. A better customer service experience could be had by someone from this large corporation taking 5 minutes to update closures on Google, or even scribble a sorry were closed or will be closed sign on the door.

I use to work for Gibson 16 years ago, but moved to Tennessee and still buy this dinnerware. Its always been the best quality dinnerware and the prices are awesome. This product has always been good quality and beautiful. Getting better & better over the years. I'm team Gibson for life☺

As of 5/7/21, there is a sign posted on the front door saying the outlet is closed until further notice. I don't know how long ago the sign was posted.

Truck drivers, this place is very spacious and the entrance is really big. They don’t open until 7am and the security won’t let you in until that time, but once you’re in it’s a quick easy in and out. Picked up about 10 pallets and was in and out within 25 mins.
