Absolute MORONIC Customer Service, sent multiple emails requesting assistance for broken caster and received response with NO content in thier response. Nothing, not a single word in the response just one of the three pictures I sent to them. Disgusting Service!

I called and someone ask me to provide all my information through email! I have been asking if I can open an account so I can do business with this company because I do wholesale.They have asked me for all my information which I provided them and they don't respond fast they take their time to respond!After sending them all the information they asked me to send them, they tell me they aren't taking any more accounts due to inventory! like really, you could off say that in the beginning before asking me for all my information and my address and everything.I really thought this was a great company but honestly I don't know what the problem was and the reason why they didn't want to do business with us obviously I don't believe that do to inventory they aren't taking any more accounts.They have the worst customer service and I'm very disappointed

I purchased a 22” rolling duffel bag back in August of this year and I love it!!!! It has soooo much space for all of my stuff. I highly recommend this brand!

Happy with the luggage so farWe have only used it once, but it is so lightweight that you have to be careful that you do not go over the 50 pounds when using the larger suitcase. It rolls easily on hard surfaces; carpet is a bit more challenging. I choose the blue, navy color which makes it very easy to spot in the luggage carousel.thanks Rockland Luggage!

I purchased a suitcase from them and the handle broke on the very first time I used it in the middle of the airport. I contacted customer service and they expect me to pay shipping for a new one. considering I already paid shipping the first time, I refuse to pay shipping again. It has also taken them 2+ weeks to even offer a solution. SAD

Rolling back pack that costed $20 only lasted 31 days. Strap and metal handle completely broken. Customer Service was provided with information regarding the purchase several times with only "automated" responses. Requested a call four times with no response. Over 5 unanswered emails to customer service and then they ask for an additional $20 to mail me a new bag. This company sells faulty products and then asks for the full price already paid to replace it. Don't purchase from them. Fruad.

At first reading the reviews made me anxious if I was to buy a luggage from this company. I took the risk anyway and had a issue on shipping because I put the wrong customer address. I contacted the customer service for assistance on shipping, and it was smooth! I don't know if they have new representatives or replaced the old workers, but they managed to resolve my issue step by step with me in a short period of time. Also impressed with my luggage piece I received and am looking forward to buying again.

Customer service was responding via email to an issue with a broken luggage handle. Communication stopped once they committed to sending a replacement. Replacement never arrived, Fox Luggage will no longer respond to any emails on the subject. I would not purchase from here for two reasons; 1 - product didn't last more than two trips before breaking, 2 - poor customer service.

Do not buy Rockland luggage! I had a wheel housing break on vacation.All i wanted was to buy a replacement. I have tried for 2 1/2 weeks to contact them by email and phone. What kind of company doesn't take phone calls for their customer service? Honestly the answer is one that does care about their product or the people that bought their product!Here is the last email...YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I have sent you three emails and even tried calling! The receptionist said she would make sure you saw the emails! You would think I would get some kind of response! No wonder you guys don't take phone calls anymore! IT"S EASIER TO BLOW SOMEONE OFF IF THEY ARE NOT ON THE PHONE! I will NOT be buying anymore fox luggage bc of your customer service! Thank you!

This company is a joke. The backpack I bought broke after after 6 months. I contacted them because it is still under warranty and I had my original receipt. The "processing fee" they want in order to replace their faulty item is almost as much as what I paid for the bag originally. Ridiculous warranty policy.
