“This afternoon I stopped off at the Verizon Store located at 5438 Whittier Blvd. City of Commerce to see if I can get some assistance on my Smartphone. My phone had not updated my incoming messages or emails since the day before.
I was immediately greeted by Jessica who offered to help me with my phone. Within a few minutes, she was able to power off and then power back on my phone and my messages and emails updated. Jessica also showed me how to power down my phone in case I have the same problem again.

“It is a well-stocked store with long hours, the parking is huge and its location is very convenient. For years it has been one of the best places to shop because it has clothing, furniture, electronics, food, pharmacy and almost anything you need. There is always good service and bilingual employees.”

“I love this store. it has improved a lot the last couple of years. Customer Service was great. I was greeted as i walked in. i went in a couple weeks ago on a busy Wednesday evening day and yet the girls were very calm, fast, and in a very cheerful mood. They answered my questions to the best of their Knowledge. Guided me through my Purchase and even took time to help me set all my accounts back up. i did over hear there was an issue with a payment but the girl went an extra mile and helped couple make payment through their phone. 100% will come back and recommend this store.”
