Incompetence has reached new heights during quarantine. Drivers license renewal has not been handled since July of 2020. Followed all mail requirements took the written test and eye test and passed. The scheduling and multiple rescheduling/appointment delays have cost my brother his job and ability have a home. This agency has zero accountability and cares nothing about their abuse of power. They all should be fired and replaced and have policies completely replaced. Customer service need to impact every DMV employee’s review. The supervisors and managers need to all be fired and replaced... they are not responsive and are all “seat warmers” waiting for retirement.

Person I spoke with was very rude and was not helpful, what a nightmare, I did not want to call back that office , but I had to do so and the next time a different person, a good person helped me. I waited two weeks before calling back, thinking I might have to talk to that angry, mean woman; who didn't believe me when I said another department referred me to her office. I can't believe DMV hires people like her.
