*Caution: Before Doing Business With Cotton Heritage*This was a private label order. X units for X dollars was the deal.They may falsely claim over-shipment, charge accordingly, and enlist debt collectors.Order a very specific number of units from them. Then come to find out they added additional units to the packing slip and invoiced me for it. Thought we had a smooth transaction until i was surprised by their Credit and Collection Manager employee Marie Castro.This is as unethical as it gets. We are good people doing good business but businesses like Rootchi Traders Inc dba Cotton Heritage ruin it.Marie Castro - Credit and Collection ManagerKenneth White - VP of SalesNeeraj (Mickey) Sachdeva - Current CEOYes, I'm calling you out on this so future customers can save themselves from the hassle of working with "unordered merchandise bills" and the two debt collectors you hired to collect on your behalf.---Here's my analogy.Question: I ordered 100 pizzas to my party from you but you claim that you sent me 107 pizzas. Is it right for you to bill me for the remaining 7 pizzas?Scale this example by 1000 times and tell me this is such an unethical practice. What good business would send or claim to send additional units without asking if it was ok to do so.---I hope you read this and think twice about your action. Let your pride down because you were wrong in the first place to try and go after a small business doing honest business, but to have you put us in a position like this. Do what's right. One time I was gifted a shirt from my friend and I liked the shirt so much I found out he used this company to make his designs, The quality is wonderful, great cut, so light and comfortable cotton products, feels like a second skin. We are a group of friends who promote music events and we bought hundreds of items, shirts and hoodies from them and every single item was in great condition, well packaged, delivered in a few days, quality was beyond expected, the more expensive hoodies were wort it, compared to big brands it was a fabulous deal. Customer Service online is like being in person in a major brand store in a mall. Adriano and Lupita go out of their way to provide solutions effectively if problems happen, but rarely as their system is proved to work great.We are glad to find this store for blanks, as our print shops have stated their products are exceptional in holding print either plastic and the most difficult water based ink.Cannot stress how good the experience is buying from Cotton Heritage, beyond expectations.Thank you for bringing this quality product to the US.Also their website is great! so easy to use and select items hold them in your cart and overall fantastic!

I have had the most exception service ever!Both Natalia (so sorry if I am spelling your name correctly) & Terri went above and beyond to help make my experience beyond exceptional.Years ago I was gifted a shirt and it is the only shirt that has not created massive discomfort due to the health issues I have. I have spent years attempting to find it and finally was able to locate that it was purchased through Cotton Heritage.Natalia helped me attempt to locate the design and shirt and connected me with Terri who was able to help me find the shirt and gain access to potential shirts that may do the same so that I can purchase and create ways for people like me to have safer and more comfortable experiences in their own bodies and clothing.I am beyond grateful and impressed with the customer service, level of care, kindness & compassion that I have received.Thank you so much!!!

I just received their very posh catalog in the mail. Nice enough looking garments, BUT...men's sizes go up to 4XL and women's only 2XL? So it's ok to be fat guy but they don't want you in their clothes if you are a fat woman. Might as well make their brand's tag line "no fat chicks". As a business owner, I'm disgusted and Cotton Heritage should be ashamed.

First problem, "manager" knows nothing. Second, the warehouse is unorganized and filthy. Third, the lunch room is disgusting. I witnessed the "manager" pick up a big dead rat, not to mention the lunch room also smells disgusting. Fourth, the bathroom toilets clogged and the floor's flooded. Fifth, roof leakage inside the actual warehouse where employee's are working.
