I don’t recommend this place the Manager was rude and ran our credit even thought we told them multiple times we were buying a car cash. He then got upset because we wouldn’t buy the specific car he wanted to sale us saying that the other cars in his lot were junks/trash and that we wouldn’t want to buy trash so to buy the one that he said to buy. This guy became aggressive raising his voice at me and the wife lecturing us about why it would be stupid of me to buy the car cash and not finance. At that point we just decided to leave and go buy somewhere else. Don’t see how Mitsubishi allows this man to represent their brand.

I bought a new Mitsubishi eclipse cross
Eddy and Andy gave me a good APR%.
I felt a good attitude, from them.
They help me and I got the good deal.
I believe in Mitsubishi and Mitsubishi commerce.

My name is xucheng，I recently visited Commerce Mitsubishi to test drive a Mitsubishi vehicle. When setting the appointment, everything seemed fine. However, when I arrived, the sales manager asked about my race. Upon telling him I am Chinese, he refused to let me take the demo test drive. This is blatant racism. Mitsubishi is a reputable brand, and such discriminatory behavior is unacceptable. Customers should be treated fairly regardless of their nationality, race, or color. This experience was deeply disappointing and has left me with a negative impression of Mitsubishi's customer service.I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. Worse recall service. They only have a technician Monday to Friday and only 1 single person who handles the service appointments, the guy called sick and nobody else can handle the service. All appointments were cancelled without a notification, a call or an email. They wasted your time. Time is valued but they don't appreciate that!!!
