I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during my recent visit to your Claire’s store. I believe that constructive feedback is essential for any business to improve its service, and I hope this note will assist in that endeavor.Upon entering the store, my friend and I were not greeted or acknowledged by the cashier, who I later learned was named Rose. She did not make eye contact or say a simple “hello.” Instead, she immediately started scanning our items without any form of polite interaction.I found this lack of basic courtesy quite unsettling and contrary to the level of service I have come to expect from Claire’s. In any retail environment, a warm and friendly greeting is an integral part of the customer experience.I believe that exceptional customer service should be a priority for any business, as it fosters customer loyalty and a positive reputation. Unfortunately, my recent experience left much to be desired in this regard.I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity for improvement. I genuinely appreciate the products and style that Claire’s offers, and I would like to continue supporting your brand. However, a more welcoming and attentive customer service approach is needed to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Closing “team lead” of two on July 30, 2022 the cashier was so rude she yelled at me literally just because I wasn’t aware of there bogo deal of buy three. And on top of that they both were speaking poorly of their next day staff which I find sad for them to even work at Clare's because it is a place were kids also shop at and they have to witness and experience horrible employees like them, So not welcoming either. Not coming here again.

Web says they open at 8am it's 920am and it's still closed. I tried calling to inquire about the hours and not even a recording...smh waste of travel and time.

Picked up an online order and brought my 4 year old to get her ears pierced. Wonderful experience, the Claire's associates were so sweet and down to earth. Did not rush us and made us feel very welcomed. We were given the option of piercing each ear one at a time or for both Claire's piercing associates to pierce both ears at once and we went with that 2nd option. My daughter and I are very happy with the Claire's associates this Sunday afternoon! Clean store, well stocked, we did some more shopping and will be back

I WISH I CAN PUT ZERO STARS !! Went shopping the other day for Christmas and was a total nightmare. Fernanda and the other girl with long black hair were talking amongst themselves not paying attention to the customers who were ready to be helped and gave attitude. DONT GO HERE !!! the way Claire's does their piercings here are so unsanitary !!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FAR THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Let me start off by saying if you work in CUSTOMER SERVICE your ONLY job is to SERVICE the customer, DROP WHATEVER TASK AT HAND YOU HAVE TO SERVE A PAYING CUSTOMER! Actually not surprised this place has such a low rating. I work about 5 mins away and I have been wanting to get a second piercing however my schedule is extremely busy so I decided on My lunch I would go. I walked in- one employee and the only customer was myself; she was replenishing a wall, she didn't great me she continued to work on her wall. I approached her, btw she had to be a manager or key store lead- she had blond hair and colored eyes didn't catch her name as the experience was TERRIBLE I wanted to GTFO. I told her I wanted to get my ears pierced she said ok, she continued to tell me the process she didn't seem enthusiastic at all lol rolling her eyes as if I was inconveniencing her, I then asked her if she had time lol I shouldn't have even asked but I was still mindful of her workload (customers shouldn't have to make it comfortable for them). I have worked retail before so I get it sometimes there are operations that must be executed per HQ but as I mentioned before if you work in customer service, you serve your paying customer FIRST, you then continue your task at hand. She clearly doesn't like her job perhaps had a bad start to her day but good lorddttttt she needs to get clarity in her choice of job because this is NOT one of them. In the end I told her "you know what forget it, it seems your just not into it and I don't want to do it anymore" I thought that wasn't enough as I walked out I then turned back and told her "you need to work on that" It is sad that because of her attitude and demeanor that she took the excitement away from this experience.
