This review is for Dustin Cruz, one of the installers. I've worked with Dustin twice, and both times Dustin has done excellent work, on time, and in an efficient manner. I will definitely work with Dustin again in the future, along with Carpet Manufacturers Warehouse.

Excellent selection & pricing. Also, they have a list of installers but they mentioned one guy in particular who lived close to me and specialized in the type of carpet I was having installed. This guy was awesome and inexpensive due to the close proximity. I cannot thank them enough for the recommendation.

The customer service is fantastic. Had the pleasure of working with Howard on finding a carpet style which is no longer produced. He was able to locate precisely what I was looking for, but unfortunately he no longer had any of this in the warehouse. However, Howard was able to point me in the right direction with some other vendors closer to me in Montana. He also told me I would likely find another carpet that was almost an exact match (90-95%) ...but not an exact match due to dyelot variations, thus managing my expectations going forward. Really appreciate the time and effort he afforded me even though I didn't make a purchase. No doubt, Carpet Manufacturers Warehouse is where you need to go for anything carpet!

You have to be willing to buy what's on hand but otherwise, we had a very good experience. The sales guy (forgot his name) was very helpful. They had a large variety of carpets and importantly, padding... with a great set up so you could stand on them to feel the different qualities. I'd definitely go back!
