1 star for the fact that they don’t let 2 people in the fitting room. They sell underwear and expect people to walk out of their fitting room and portray their bodies to the whole world just to let their +1 see it to get an opinion?

My shopping experience was great! Associates were always making sure they have full stock. After wearing the briefs I bought, I’m not sure if I would buy again. They ride up and they don’t keep me as warm as the other brand I wear. Parking was a struggle to the point where I saw someone use their daughters as cones to hold a parking spot. Thus, causing a standstill in one of the parking lots. Mind you, this was the day after Christmas. Great discounts if you sign up through the citadel website.

Very rude staff! The store was pretty unorganized, and there was no one to help or answer questions. Did not let us, as a couple, to go in the fitting room! Reminded me of a century ago! Very disrespectful!

I'm ADA so I can't stand long periods of time. I appreciate them helping me out. Most stuff that was nice was men. Most woman stuff was all winter stuff. They had an additional 25 % off which was awesome.

HORRIBLE service and attitude was given by kathleen. tried to make a return and was notified I wouldn’t be given my money back because my husbands card wasn’t present (card that purchase was made with) and I understood but asked if there was anything else I could do because my husband is out of town. That is where the attitude starts and she continuously cut me off. She said she would only do merchandise credit and I stated I wanted my money back and I expressed my want for a sign saying returns can only be made with same card. TO WHICH SHE REPLIES THIS ISNT WALMART WITH THE MOST GROTESQUE ATTITUDE. It only went down hill from there. I asked for her general managers information and says I can’t give you his number to which I reply his name please, that specific information and she says the store number… and i say just his name please and rolls her eyes and once again says the store number. At this point the original cashier starts laughing at me. And I ask for Kathleen’s name and the cashier laughs and says did you want my name too? And I told her no, then I explain that there’s a service that they should provide being in retail and that the least the could of done was be courteous and polite instead of berate and chuckle at me. NOT HAPPY.

The store is extremely clean and well organized. Staff are willing to help and are courteous. I found the prices to be higher than the brand's website and department stores (that say a lot).
