On Feb-16-2024 I added several products to the cart and when I called to create the account and order the products, I was informed that of all the products on the list, only one was available. And I said that I would like to buy it to start my purchases from this company and so I did, and the attendant told me that my order had been placed successfully and that I would receive the tracking code in a few minutes, but I didn't receive anything. , not even an email informing anything about my account. On Monday Feb-19-2024 I called again and another attendant told me that they still did not have the tracking number because UPS/USPS had not yet collected the orders and that as soon as they had the tracking number they would send it to me. an email and they would also call me to inform me of the status of the order, again nothing happened, on Tuesday Feb-20-2024 I called again to find out what was happening with my order and after going through 3 attendants, they told me that there was no They had information about my order and that they would get back to me in a few minutes, and once again they didn't call me. Today, Wednesday Feb-21-2024, after leaving me on hold for more than a few minutes, I was informed that there was no more stock of that product and that I should wait a few more days, it was then that I got super upset and disappointed and said that This company has no respect whatsoever for its customers and that was when the "manager" told me that she couldn't do anything for me and mockingly asked: "if I would be satisfied if she sent me 1 million dollars."This just shows the total disregard for their customers, and so I DO NOT RECOMMEND the company AT ALL.

THIS IS A SCAM. They called me right after my purchase and asked for my card information over a recorded line. Then proceeded to hang up on me multiple times after trying to speak with a manager about the terrible service I received from "Jay". I cancelled my order and will never work with this supplier again.

Placed my first online order of a few items, only to get a call days later from customer service saying they cancelled my order due to a website issue and the only way to get my items was to give them my CC over the phone. I asked when the website would be working properly again and she said it was almost fixed. So I said I would just place the order again once the website was working only to be called again the next day and asked for my CC number on my original order. When I told that person I was waiting for the website to be working they said it wouldn't be working for a long time and I should just give them my CC to get my items. I told them I didn't feel comfortable giving them my CC over the phone, they said "ok I understand". In short, don't bother with the website.

I ordered paper for my printer that was $150 plus shipping and tax, they sent me the wrong paper, it totally sunk the job I had to use the paper for because it was the wrong size for my DNP printer. I physically went to their warehouse to talk to someone because I was getting nowhere on the phone and they took my paper back and told me I’d be refunded but they never refunded me, I called several times and the lady on the phone was super rude, I got the run around and never got my refund. I’m never buying from this company again and I’m telling everyone of my photo friends not to support this business.

Wow. Horrible experience. Ordered a printer that I needed asap, added on 3 day shipping. They call me 2 days later to tell me that the order cancelled and they do have the printer in stock. She explained that they cancel online orders to be sure that they have the product in stock. I asked if this was explained on the website at all and she said no. This is a very unfortunate and time consuming process for a customer. This should be on the website so we can know what to expect. Why wouldn’t you call the next day to have this straightened out?Next, she explains they will add on ground shipping because it will get here the next day. Ground shipping on their website says $26 but they charged me $65. Called them back and her explanation was that the website is just an estimate. But if I check out that’s what it charges me? I’ve order paper prior and the shipping was correct, not an estimate.Honestly, all this to say- they do NOT have their stuff together. They do not know what good customer service is. They have no empathy or understanding of urgency. I would go somewhere else. This was a time sensitive thing for me or I would too. I’ve already lost 2 days because the order was cancelled.

I have been buying from this company for years now. Ever since covid it's been worst. Delivery is always an issue, they deliver months after they told me next week. Of course they do charge my card first and then do what they want(Jae owner/mgr). I was told that if i got my items delivered i wouldn't pay any taxes and if i went and picked up at the warehouse they did charge taxes. So i just noticed they charged my cc $904.09 and they are saying it's taxes when i payed them cash and in full like the invoices say. My last purchase there was on November. But yet it's been since July of last year that im trying to recieve credit for some damaged material and still no response on that material.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased from this company. They are extremely unprofessional and have the worst customer service. After much research I ordered from Buffalo Imaging because they advertise on their website free shipping. Not only was it not free but they won't give you a shipping cost until after you are off the phone and they have your cc info. I ordered one bottle of ink that was $24.99 and paid $17.84 in shipping! As soon as I got the email with the final cost I called and they said they would refund they would send me a confirmation email. Not only did they not cancel but when I emailed and called back I was transferred to several different people and they were not willing to help out the situation. I am a small business that depends and how and where I spend our money. I will never order from them again and hope others do not have the same service I had.

Do Not Buy from this business unless you want headaches ! They are simply the Worst Supplier. I was a customer there and they have the Worst Customer Service or maybe they don't know what Customer Service is. They just want to take your money, that's it. I bought 2 Printers from them, always had problems with the first printer. For the second printer one day they didn't have paper so they sent me a different kind, when I wanted to return it, the woman owner said I had to pay them a re-stocking fee to return it. It was their mistake not mine ! Avoid headaches and buy from other suppliers, there are so many online with better customer service, better pricing and free shipping.

DONT ORDER FROM THEM! Ok so I ordered DNP paper back in April and they sent me the wrong paper. I called and Nothing happened, so I drove up to LA to personally get it taken care of, I waited forever in their little office then the owner finally helped me, he seamed like he wanted to help but no one felt bad about the fact they sent me the wring paper and it ruined the job I had that I ordered the paper for and I was out $2k. I gave them the box of DNP paper and they said their girl that does refunds won't be in till Thursday and I'd get it then. So Thursday came and went and nothing, 3 weeks later and multiple phone calls I finally got an email saying that my order was going to be refunded, but only part of it, my total order was $160 and they were only refunding $130. I dont think I should have to pay for their mistake of sending me the wrong paper and I even wasted the gas money driving to their office because of their terrible customer service and not calling me back or emailing me back at all to the point where I had to dive there. I just want my $160 back, I lost so much money from THEIR mistake the least they can do is give me my money back. Sonny the person in charge gave me a box of little 4x6 albums to try to make up for the mistake, I know he felt bad but literally I just want my money back. Its now mid August and I still haven't seen the refund on my account at all, Ive called several times, no one is helpful, no one wants to refund me and no one cares. I'm so upset at this point with this company, they are super shady and are happy to take your money. whatever you do DONT BUY SQUAT FROM THEM.

These guys and gals are great and deliver next day to my door in LA. I used to get my media shipped until $600 worth of media got stolen. Now it's hand delivered for the same price. When there was a paper shortage they offered an alternative to my Rx-1, refurbished DNP printers for which they had media made in the USA. Always friendly, competitive and great service. Thank you for keeping my business going!
