Stan - I talked with hikm over the phone and he gave me the total story, including tips on ordering the pick up date and took the time to let me ask all the questions, he was informative and a real professional. However, I got to tell you about Sal. What an amazing operator / installer. He was police, kind and worked his tail off getting this box placed on a concrete jungle on a very hot day. He was tough and had a great spirit. Be well and thank you both, I was impressed.

My driver, Henry, provided amazing service. There was a lot of communication along the way and the process was very easy. However, there was a $100 "delivery fee" posted even though I scheduled a free pickup day. It wasn't until I contacted support that this charge was refunded to me. The driver and the customer service rep were amazing and extremely helpful, but the company itself is iffy.

This was exactly what I needed. First of all, the box fit down my narrow driveway. (PODS were too wide.) I got to pack the box myself in my own time. And they delivered to my new rural location. Big shout out to Freddy who was consistently helpful and reassuring. After all, I was sending 80% of what I own to a strange facility far away. And I thought the prices were very reasonable. No question I would use them again.

Both the employee that brought the box bins and the movers were amazing. The movers were lightening fast and efficient. I order an extra bin just in case and instead of loosely packing my furniture and boxes, the guys loaded everything is such a well-organized and competent way that the extra bin wasn't necessary. I changed my rating from 5 to 4 because I was only given a $20 discount on the movers. I've had my things stored at Box and Go for almost 4 years (sad, but true), and even though Box and Go owns the moving company I was only given a $20 discount for the movers. So, I'm paying $280 for two movers for about 2 hours. I feel having a long-term customer who pays on time should have afforded a greater discount.

Not disappointed with my first experience! Since I am fully entrusting my stuff with someone else, I was worried that my stuff would be in a mess in someone's hand. But, I had them arrived all complete and no traces of damages. All thanks to Box-n-Go! I am looking forward to have you again on my next moving need.

Quite disappointed in the service. The picking up and storage was fine but everything went wrong with getting my stuff back. First my delivery order was cancelled and I was left without any belongings for a week. On the day of rescheduled delivery, the driver delivered my box to the completely wrong address. I called them more times than I can count throughout the day to get them to look for my box. No one came until 3 PM when I decided to walk around the entire neighbourhood during a heatwave to find it. I found it and reported it to customer service who said they were sending a driver. I kept calling and waiting; until at 5 PM they disconnected the call lines and the driver ghosted me. Next morning someone did finally deliver my box but I got charged about $200 for this delivery which caused me thousands worth of mental and monetary damages. They put a charge back on my account which is a complete joke because they know I am never going to use this service again. Please refund the entire delivery fees to the original payment method!

I ordered student storage for my summer break. I have experienced nothing but difficulties with Box N Go. I have been overcharged more than $300 on two different occurrences in a four month timespan for incorrect charges on this company’s behalf. I have had to call and email numerous times to communicate with customer service about their incorrect charges, often being rerouted to another communication medium and a different person. Their customer service, through they tend to answer promptly, are for the most part uninformed about their policies, services, and calendar. I have not received my items back yet, and according to other reviews I am not worried about the condition of my property. However, their customer service and billing are abysmal.

I'm a UCLA sophomore that is an out-of-state student so storing my belongings was a MUST between school years! Boxngo has truly been so helpful along the way with their easy online booking process and helpful phone attendants that have always picked up and helped me when needed. My FABULOUS mover Henry moved my stuff last summer and dropped my stuff off again today and he is suuuuch a superstar! When UCLA traffic workers told him he couldn't park near me he parked very far away and hiked about a 1/4 of a mile to get all SEVEN of my boxes to me in a sound and efficient manner! They bring your boxes all the way up to your room so I did virtually none of the work! Henry is truly my bestie and YALL SHOULD GIVE HIM A RAISE... give him a raise... he deserves it!! Thanks Henry and BoxnGo!!

I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled to do so because of the "above and beyond" service received by Box N Go to date. My daughter is a student at USC. She needed to store six boxes for the summer as we live on the east coast and shipping everything home and ship it back didn't make sense. I found Box N Go online after reading about summer storage services for college students. I thought, what a great idea, but I was a little concerned given that I am on the East Coast and have never dealt with such a service. Box N Go led me through the process to schedule the delivery of boxes and the pickup. Then the unexpected happened on the date of the pickup. There were road closures and the truck scheduled to make the pickup could not get near the Village housing. The driver texted my daugther. I contacted Box N Go. Box N Go helped to contact the driver and resolve the pickup. Later in the summer, Box N Go helped me with scheduling the delivery to her new address because both my daughter and I were unable to access the computer system. My daughter's flight was scheduled for August 2nd. I then worked with Box N Go to schedule the delivery for Wednesday, August 3. Then late Friday, July 29, my daughter received a text from her new apartment manager asking if she could change the move in date to later in the month. Box N Go was closed so I had to wait until Saturday to call them. My daughter worked on changing the flight. I worked on rescheduling other things affected by the change. I was able to speak to Box N Go on Saturday, July 30, and they were able to reschedule the delivery for August 15th. I also called Box N Go on Monday, August 1 to confirm the change and delivery address. They confirmed that everything was good. On Tuesday, Box and Go called me to confirm the change. They also reached out to my daughter on Wednesday (today) to confirm the change. I am very impressed with their service. I will add a final review, but can say that at this point I am so very impressed with the level of service received to date.

Box-n-Go/My Moving Guys saved the day! Frank, the person I spoke to on the phone, was courteous, professional, and organized! Due to my situation, he had me booked and scheduled for two of his movers and their truck to help me move in less than 30 minutes. Paperwork signed and everything! There is a minimum of 4 hours to pay for. It sounded reasonable since my boyfriend and I were moving about 20 miles more west. The movers arrived on time and were both so friendly. A big shoutout to Sal and Henry for helping my boyfriend and I move so quickly, efficiently and for keeping our furniture safe. We were SO fortunate and SO grateful to have found Frank last minute. I definitely recommend them for any moving purposes!If you want to know about my situation, keep reading. After booking another moving company 3 weeks in advance, on the day of my scheduled moving day, the other movers canceled! I couldn't believe my ears when I heard this. However, my boyfriend and I had already scheduled this on our calendar, we knew we had to move nonetheless. After scouring and calling a few movers for "same day service" (and finding out they don't do same day service even though their website said so), I was SO lucky to have found Frank at Box-n-Go Storage and Moving. Let me tell you - after I called and called different moving companies, when I immediately spoke to Frank, I knew he was an honest man behind the phone who kept their promises. Thank you again to Frank's team for helping me move. I can't thank you enough!
