I'm a delivery driver. I delivered to this so-called business and was NOT PAID what I was promised. They deliberately changed amount of pay after delivery was made. Watch out for these frauds! They will cheat you and lie to you!

Just wanted to warn anyone who is thinking about shopping here. Their clothes are very cheaply made and they have a very strict return/exchange policy. I recently purchased a tank top here and I removed the tag only to find that the tag had left a hole in my shirt. I thought this was odd because I’ve removed tags on shirts before and it’s never left a hole behind. This goes to show how cheap the material of the shirt I bought is. I went to exchange it for a new shirt and the lady was very rude and had an attitude. She told me that even though I had the tag, she couldn’t exchange the shirt because I’d removed the tag and she blamed me for the hole in the shirt stating that “we tell you not to tug on the shirts.” Definitely do not recommend shopping here unless you want to buy an overpriced tshirt.

WE WERE BAMBOOZLED BY BELLA + CANVAS!!! I purchased 1,000 face masks from Bella Canvas for my employer to distribute to all employees for protection against the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The face masks that were mailed to us were a completely different product than advertised. The material and overall quality were unacceptable and beyond unsatisfactory. The "face masks" were as thin as a camisole tank top and does not provide protection. They basically took leftover materials and cut slits for earholes. This company is taking advantage of people during a pandemic and it is disgusting! After speaking to several customer service representatives, the Customer Service Manager, Daisie made an accommodation to refund us our money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My wife wanted to give us a surprise and she ordered 10 cover masks to protect ourselves from Covid19, but besides the high price for 10 masks ($54+), the quality of the fabric and design is below of what we were expecting. I have been a fabric purchasing director for 20+ years and I know about fabric's quality and these masks do not meet the quality you would expect for the price my wife paid. It is really SAD to see companies taking advantage of the situation, especially when money is very limited. I urgently ask the public to think twice before buying these masks and giving your money away to them! Use your old T-shirt and print out the marker of a mask on line and do it yourself!

I ordered the mask and received today I paid $54.07 for 10 masks including shipping cost from LA. The quality was so low for me to wear. Martial and hygienic points, it is far below than the ones I acquired from 4 different sources Cheap fabric almost like pieces of left over socks.

Well my wholesale order came with a couple sliced garments. Quality control issues, apparently no one is paying attention and pen marks in the whites and snags in the fabric. These are 3 different shirts pictured

You must have a resale certificate to shop the wholesale warehouse. Orders are done online and then you can opt for pickup rather than delivery. The only reason for 4 stars is because of the confusing directions given by employees of where pick up is, and stuffy employees in the warehouse that rolled their eyes at my " first time visit naive-ness" of their standard of operation. Every wholesaler is different but this was the only one that has employees that look at you like ur stupid.

The clothing is high quality and very cute. I have bought many things from them over the years and they hold up well. Their customer service is awful and had I been assigning stars based on that alone, I would have been hard pressed to give them a 1 star rating!! Over 2 weeks ago I placed a sizable order which they apparently shipped to the wrong address...it happens and would not be a big deal but they have been 100% UNRESPONSIVE to me (phone and email) and to Fed X when they tried to get in touch with them to get this order to me. I still do not have it and they are still unresponsive!!! If not for Fed X, I would have no clue what happened. They still have my money though I have no merchandise!!

Horrible place. I had an appointment they kept me waiting for forty five minutes until I left. Subsequently, they emailed me an apology stating that they had gotten innundated during the day. What a poor excuse. I guess they don't value others time. That was a five hour round trip for me and I was on time. They could have easily called and rescheduled. Beyond rude.

Always come out here and see Faviola. She's super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. One star off for the parking situation but otherwise, I like this showroom location.
