We went 8:17 on Tuesday night and they should supposed to close at 9 ,my son like a Jean and they told us fitting room is close really ? And I ask about return policy they told me just exchange in 14 days .

You would think that brands like AX Would have really customer service well let me tell you IT SUCKS! and the store managers know that they treat customers how ever they feel like it insulting you they don't give a singe F even when you show them their own policy They refused to accept a return of a defective item NOT EVEN STORE CREDIT! Crystal and Chantel go spend your hard earned money somewhere else where they are gonna appreciate their customers No need to treat people like that when i asked for the customer service number their answer was YOU CAN FIND IT YOUR SELF

I went to this store at Citadel for Christmas shopping. They had this shirt which is on sale 50% off. The shirt is $30 so I was expecting to pay $15+ tax. They charged me $35 and said that's the amount that came out. I told them it says $30 and have guts saying I don't understand. I told them to change the labels so customers will not get riffed off. Watch out shoppers.

It is the worst place to make a change. I bought a pair of pants for my son, they came out torn and I had been buying them for 9 days and the worker Ales. He didn't want to change it, they are thieves and the clothes they sell there are old clothes of poor quality. The store is located in Citadel. I recommend that you carefully review what you are buying.

This is from quite a while ago, but I did receive exceptional service from multiple staff there. I went straight for the EA7 items and casual/ sport Armani items, but still had them check on me several times to see how I was doing. Also, I noticed that others there were also being well attended to...

Wife purchased a shirt and the employee forgot to remove the sensor. When we called, the supposed manager was not a bit apologetic and in fact rudely hung up.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I usually shop online but I came here for some last minute shopping today in the morning. There were 2 people in the store and two other gentleman and I had already waited about 30 minutes outside. One of the gentleman asked them if they were going to let us in that there was literally no one in the store and 2 of the men working there just laughed at him in a condescending way. He told them Im here to shop and the salesman told him if I don't want to sell you anything I won't as if he owned the store. It's very sad that they treat customer this way. They literally turned three customers away just because they didn't feel like working.

This is an outlet that has lots of stores. This outlet has lots and lots of parking. Notably there's a Disney store, Coach, Converse, and Michael Kors and lots of places for shopping. It's a little bit large so you'll need to really pay attention where you parked your car. I've always drive by these large columns off of the five freeway. It was nice to finally visit.
