I went to the shop to pump gas at the location. I parked my car at the pump 3 and grab a 20 dollar bill and used to put gas on my car. Then for some reason the pump didn't work and I walk back in to the store to let the employee who I give the money know and ask about the price of gas. I try to let the employee know that the gas pump didn't pump anything. The employee argue that I did and I said I did , I was try to explained to him that I try but it didn't work . Then he ignored me and then went back out to double check if the pump wad working but it didn't. I walk back in and try to explained to him but he didn't want to listen and told me the recipe of how much gas I got. I try to explained him that is not way that the recipe cause I didn't pump to gas yet on the car . Then he got more angry and told me if I want to fix this out . He walk out the cashier and walk up to me in a threatening manner . I try to keep explained to him what's happen and if is possible he can check the cameras or my car . Cause my gas tank will show that I not lying to him. The other employee is try to descale the situation and try to talk to him . He is not telling me that I lied and I just pump gas and to comeback and talk the manager tomorrow. And this point I just walk outside and call for the assistance of a cop. Or for someone from his company who I can speak to and explained the situation.

I go to ARCO occasionally because the gas prices are generally cheaper, but if you travel the same distance, the gas runs out really quickly. It doesn't seem to be a very good oil.

I came to this store and the cashiers Hugo and Joseph are the most amazing cashier I ever encountered they are friendly and had amazing customers service skills I wish all cashiers were like them kudos !

Wanted to pump gas, but needed to use the restroom so bad. They said it wasn't working. Sure. I just left. Didn't bother pumping gas.
