Most people attend this location for work related purposes. The instructor we had was very nice, clear, direct and helpful. The instructor basically made sure that we were physically able to perform First aid, CPR and properly use the AED machine.I’d recommend this location to anyone needing to get certified.

This American Red Cross was a decent facility aside from all the dang sugar ants in one of the gender-neutral restrooms. The staff members and volunteers were all very friendly and communicative. There's ample free parking around the back side of the building which also the same place that I needed to enter to donate blood on 7/1/21. I was a little bummed that they did not hand out the red and white ARC hats as advertised from July 1-5. The guy who checked me in and took all my vitals said they were very slow that day - as typical for around the lunch hour. Which, by the way, I showed up about 20 minutes early before my scheduled noon appointment and it was of no inconvenience for them. The dreadful COVID-19 masks are no longer necessary if you are fully vaccinated. Here's hoping my rare blood type will help another family in the near future. Thanks for the bottled water & snacks!

ARC Commerce was accomodating, following all COVID-19 protocols and guidelines to keep all candidates safe. The rooms are clean and neatly arranged, the instructor was knowledgeable and pleasant, thorough and to the point, clear about our concerns and explained the entire process. Everything was done in an orderly fashion. From Registration, orientation, house- keeping, processing documents, verifying persons and orderly filing and documentation, processed to tests in an orderly fashion. Was a very and Pleasant experience...ARC Standards to the Highest..

I have had it with the Red Cross blood donation drives. I have another bad review for the location in Fullerton, CA. A long time had passed since my negative Fullerton experience, and their desperate calls for donation due to covid-19 made me feel like giving them another chance. I make an appointment for 1630 and arrive at 1615. They do a covid screening at the door and then we're all spaced apart. Now it's 1630 and two people walk in, go through the same questions and then sit down. I then see my name sticker - which was placed as the next person to go through the blood donation screening - moved behind the 2 stickers of the people who walked in behind me. I see that their stickers say their appointments were at 1600 and 1615. Really? I show up on time and you're going to process the late people before me? I continue to sit and brood for 5 minutes and then I hear a Red Cross employee start coughing and then I beat it out of there. Dog and pony show with a side of respiratory infection... No thank you and stop calling me, emailing me, and texting me for my blood.

If you are here to see if you should take your CNA test with them or not. DONT! They will fail you! My first experience was on 12/23/19 there were about 14 of us, only 3-4 passed! Then I retested with them 1/9/2020 again...about 10 retesters and only 3 of us passed, me being 1 of them. Give your business to the state, test through them I know that the list of dates are far out but trust me, you will have better luck there then here. Give your money and business to people who care! These nurses here looked miserable and yes they really do roll their eyes at you. My last experience, while performing hand washing the nurse stopped me because I was using too much paper towels but yet had the nerve to note how I should dry my hands "properly" well if your facility I isn't equipped to a simple hand washing test then this place need to shut down! Don't give them your business. And if you think, I'll just go to Long Beach, or Pasadena they go there too! Oh btw, don't go to Red Cross because they take forever to send your test to the state! I told you I passed 1/9/2020 and the state has not received my paperwork! Go elsewhere! Run! One of the workers told us that I if the person who fax the paperwork is out then we gotta wait till she comes back, only 1 person can do this job! Smh! Run! Don't look back! Red Cross did not specify that it takes 5 weeks before they send out test to the state! I just got off the phone with them. Ya! This is ridiculous! If you took the test through the state it is same day fax! Run! Just run! Smh!
