I regret to say that my experience with American International has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening. As a seller who values honesty and integrity in my business dealings, I have been faced with unwarranted challenges and a complete lack of accountability on their part.I encountered a dispute with American International over allegations of selling counterfeit beauty products. In an effort to resolve this issue, I provided comprehensive evidence, including invoices from my legitimate supplier, Wholesale Ninjas, as well as detailed product photos and barcodes. I have made numerous attempts to communicate with American International in a respectful and professional manner, seeking a fair resolution to this matter. However, they have consistently ignored my correspondence and failed to engage in meaningful dialogue.It deeply concerns me that American International appears to have a pattern of making unsupported claims against sellers like myself, potentially in an attempt to stifle competition. This behavior not only undermines the trust and integrity of eBay's platform but also affects the livelihoods of honest sellers like me.What is most disheartening is the complete absence of customer support and accountability on American International's part. It is evident from their unresponsiveness and lack of willingness to address valid concerns that they prioritize their own interests over fairness and transparency.I hope that by sharing my experience here, it serves as a warning to other sellers who may consider engaging with American International. It is essential that sellers and consumers alike are aware of the challenges they may face when dealing with this company.I sincerely hope that American International reconsiders its approach to addressing disputes, takes responsibility for its actions, and engages in a more transparent and ethical business conduct.

Company falsely reported my eBay listing as "counterfeit". I certainly don't have the time to produce fake lashes in my home. I purchased several sets of false lashes around Halloween last year. Once I realized this would include putting glue by my eyes, I decided not to use them. I purchased them from a well-known big corporation store. Not some peddler on the side of the street. They are NOT counterfeit. Seems the company doesn't want people to recoup any cost on products they regretted purchasing. I'll definitely check all their other products off my list to purchase. This company is a joke.

I purchased the Surgi hard body wax, followed the directions step by step & word for word...went to warm it up in my microwave in the increments like it says and my microwave started acting as if i was cooking METAL! Sparks started flying & the whole thing lit up like a fire was abt to start!! Needless to say I no longer have a microwave!! Not happy AT ALL!!!

DO NOT WORK HERE if you value yourself and want to be respected. The owner is CHEAP and the working conditions are HORRIBLE. The warehouse and bathrooms are dirty and there is a 5 stall bathroom for HUNDREDS of employees working in the offices and warehouse. The brand managers really think they're better than you, especially if you are an assistant or in a starting position. You will not be respected, you WILL be walked on and treated horribly. The VP is OUT OF TOUCH and all upper management cares about are numbers and not the quality of their products. I worked there for a year waiting tirelessly for them to hire me on from the agency that helped me work there, but it saved them money to not hire me on so of course they didn't. Find something better for yourself, I did.
