I have been using AltaMed for about 15+ years. I have always had a wonderful experience. My doctor is very caring. Makes sure to look over my past complaints and that none of those things are no longer bothering. I have my yearly physical and still 100% healthy. Follow doctors advice as much as possible and live a healthy style to keep diseases at bay:)

AltaMed 972 s Goodrich blvd Today I contacted the same company only at a different address, I came to the caught people telling me that you have an Emergency, you need to clean the root canal and pull out a tooth, I told you why and why I can't see or have been checked by an experienced doctor, they say you will be checked by a Met nurse and then the doctor, I agreed, I went into the office and the nurse began to put some kind of noodles on my ears, what's wrong with you, there's nothing wrong with you there. Nothing like that, I didn't have any infection, I was very disappointed in this company because this company doesn't want to persistently treat people's teeth, they just want to pull them out and stitch the root canal together, I explained to him that the route of the canal is fine, I just needed to brush my teeth from the black casing and that's it, and here is a filling, but instead they are not an experienced nurse, they didn't even call an experienced doctor to check my Tooth, but they didn't call him and the nurse started telling me some fairy tales about my tooth, so he refused and left this clinic with a bad tooth. I don't recommend anyone to go to this clinic, they damage clients' teeth, they don't treat them, a very bad example about the bathroom. dissatisfied

The Rite Aid Pharmacy in the City of Montebello, Montebello Blvd and Beverly is professional and efficient and trustworthy . Monterey Park Rite Aid Pharmacy is terrible, play mind games with certain medicine, never have stock and employees are horrifically liars!!!

This clinic is the worse my Dad went to the Drs today bad idea letting him go alone the Dr that saw he told him i could only focus on one thing so if you go with pain or other thing they could only focus on one thing because they dnt have time wth is wrong with them worse clinic ever

Alta-Med is what you make it. I am lucky I have a fantastic Doctor and nurse. The staff is A++. They give their very best to the community. They try hard. I am very appreciative of the care I get there.

Horrible and disorganized, commerce location, they closed and cancelled their inside clinic location and opened a new pharmacy next door, now they combine both specialty and regular clinic, how do they open a pharmacy without contracting first with the health plans is beyond me. Even having AltaMed as my medical group, I was told they were not contracted with Anthem Blue Cross. Lines of people, and total confusion, took me 1 hour to make it to close to the door, I left without my prescription, as I was not even sure if they would hand it to me. Two days in a row going there only to find lines of seniors in the heat with only three canopies set up and no chairs. Unacceptable considering they continue to push for membership into AltaMed. And I do understand that the current pandemic did change the way things operate, but this goes beyond lack of planning.

I have been going to Altamed for about 4 or 5 years but since covid the people who answer the phones for appts don't know what the hell they are doing I am going to just find me a new doctor I don't have the patience then they have you on hold for hours I wouldn't refer nobody here it is going down the company itself my doctor is excellent though I hope I can find another good doctor like herself

Worse urgent care experience in my life!! They treated us like dogs !!! They couldn't even bother to call and say they made a mistake with my covid results !! very critical when i need them to return back to work! The NP that saw me didnt even bother to check my urine or blood after i told him all my symptoms!! I had to go see my OBGYN so she can tell me i had a kidney infection just ridiculous i will never recommend this organization to anyone they are the worst !! A courtesy call wouldve been nice just fuckin ridiculous!!! Very angry!!!

Thee clinic kept me waiting for over than 2 hours. The first hour and a half just waiting no body came then a nurse finally came to get my name and date of birth. Then quiet again. They just kept me waiting in my car running my engine for 2 hours and I am still waiting. It looks like I'm going to die there waiting for someone that cares

Fresh, thought out and brand new! I switched the whole family here. I like it much more than the original office up the street.
