I visited store number 143 on East Charleston in Las Vegas Nevada and their hours are 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. my son and I walked in at 8:22 and the security guard proceeded to say you have about 10 minutes they are going to shut down the registers at 8:45 if the store closes at 9:00 why are they trying to get people out before 8:45 and why are they closing the registers down if that's the case you should have assigned that says 8:45 p.m. is closing. On top of that every employee working in the moment was on something and the security guard was involved with them because he was the first person to say we only have 10 minutes maybe to shop and get in line first of all who is he he's just a rental cop second we bought or proceeded to buy three items two rolls of duct tape and a package of two hooks as we put them on the belt to be scanned your cashier was playing her own music singing along which would be ok i suppose except that she took the items we placed on her belt and placed them in her go back cart. My son asked do you work here and she said yes i told her she grabbed my items and she didnt know which they were! They are all on some sort of substance! Who hires these employees at this location? This store is getting worse and worse!

Very bad place to shop i went shopping with my daughter and I was i lane 1 and all loud there on the intercom saying all cameras are active then few minutes later they said I got my eyes on him made me feel real uncomfortable shopping there so we ended up leaving never again will I shop there

I went shopping for .99 cents on November 29th at the store located at Moss st.1030 3rd. Ave in Chula Vista Ca. 91911 and it is good in terms of treatment and merchandise, the bad thing is that I have to be checking the prices very carefully when paying because I realize that there are certain things they have that they charge me more expensive than what the sign in the store indicates. That's not OK at all because you go there to save. Pay attention to that and make sure the prices match.

If your bill of lading says 4000 Union Pacific, you might call and ask if your load is actually supposed to go to their DC at 6100 Garfield ave in Commerce. It apparently happens often enough that they have printed cards to hand out directing you to the other facility. This place is hard to get to and is best avoided if you don't actually need to go there.

Terrible environment for the employees! Very unsafe! People come in all the time and literally walk out / steal with a lot of stuff and threaten the staff who make 15.00 an hour. They should have a security guard at the Valencia store!

Watch your receipt. Some stores are price gauging sales tax almost double. Wrong prices ringing up.Other...Great deals on some things, but food left to rot also. Grateful for store just has issues to fix.

I went to the store in Mesquite Tx, the items at checkout were ringing up $.01 higher than priced. I asked the cashier and she rudely told me if I have a problem with how items are ringing up to call corporate. I told her I just asked a question and she didn't need to get an attitude and she said I'm not the one, well I'm not the one either. I will not be going back.

Thank you Corey “Fats” Burkett !!! for giving the GPS address that saved us from what I am sure would have been serious grief. 3851 Noakes St. Hang a left and you reach the guard shack - Security guards were very nice and helpful - lady in the shack… not so much. It’s too bad that people cannot give just a minute of patience and kindness to others who are just out here trying to make a living like you are. May you be blessed in everything you do Ma’am.

Overall, employees at 99 Cents Only Stores are mostly dissatisfied with their team. 417 Participants grade the quality of their coworkers as very poor,quality of products are lacking stock is very low at all store,very Dirty produce section mainly fruits are rotten sticky old with bunch Bugs ? all over merchandise refrigerator not working blowing hot air on refrigerator food throughout stores lots of expired date food poor cheap quality items very expensive food items poor quality or price is more expensive than regular market why would I want purchase at 99 junk only I can go market get fresh and quality why would purchase garbage through out all stores bad customer service poor Behavior through out all locations bad attitudes employees are not educated with the job requirements and store sloppy all previous name brand is gone this company has gone in toilet greedy long before covid bad investment and poor management tyrant Stay out from their stores unless you desperately need something quick I would not put this company on your daily shopping list period.

Intentional mispriced items to mislead customers ( proof )Bad practice of mispricing items in an effort to sell higher priced items by not displaying the price up front and making customers assume the price is lower....On this specific image we see coffee containers in a special store display, showing a large bold (99 cents) in front of the display, while hiding the actual of price of ($2.99)...this can easily confuse customers into adding this item into their cart without bothering looking in the back of the box and accidently purchasing the item at the register and unfortunately finding out at home.....other examples are having the main corporate making changes to current 99 cent items and not making repricing the items on the product....purchased El Pato Enchilada sauce which was priced 99 cents on the shelf and then ranged up $1.49 at the register and Cashier did not easily want to make good on, I was lucky to catch it and not pay the higher price accidently.....so basically suggestion to Corporate is to get your act together with your stores and avoid tricking customers.

I've called this corporate office 3 times, I get a call center in a foreign country, sounds like a boiler room I can't understand anything they're saying. No one has ever responded to my issues with the La Verne 99cent store so I'll file a complaint with the State weights and measures division and the USDA for EBT violations. Probably should have returned my calls

I shop at store in Duncanville, TX there customer’s service is terrible with this one older lady. She’s rude to customers it’s like she don’t have patience. She rolled her eyes at me on Saturday.. she’s mean! Actually give her a negative star
