Be mindful when shopping here. Their return policy is EXCHANGE ONLY. No refunds. I was caught off guard by this. I usually buy all my jeans from here and have done so for quite some time and never had an issue however on my last purchase, when I was checking out, I asked the girl what was the return/exchange policy in case I don't need the jeans anymore and the girl said 14 days and didn't mention anything else. If the policy is EXCHANGE only, she should be communicating it to me when I ask her what's the RETURN policy. Keyword is return. If it's store credit or exchange only, the employees need to mention that so I can decide whether that's going to work for me or not and whether to continue the purchase instead of purchasing and working under the presumption that I am going to be able to return it. It's printed on the receipt and that was their way of saying they communicated it but how many people actually look at the receipt immediately after purchase? People tend to go back and look at the receipt when an exchange or return is needed and even then they don't even read the receipt fully, they just naturally presume that can return it like most other standard retail stores in the world but if you aren't mindful and come back later to return, they won't let u because of their policy. I know it's an outlet store, they want the sales, etc and it's their tactic to keep the sale but still...if a customer says the word "return or refund" you as the company representative needs to make it clearly understood that it's exchange only.

The staff at 7 for all mankind is very friendly. I think the comment below me kind of exaggerated her experience because I was also told whatever was on clearance is what they have and I was totally fine with it. The girls of course want to talk to each other and especially if I don’t need any help I don’t want them to worry about me. I love buying my jeans from here, every time I go into the store I have to at least walk out with something. The staff is very friendly, love going on the weekdays since they’re not that busy compared to the weekends. They also tell me the store policy before I even buy my items to make sure I understand and I do! People need to stop saying negative things about them because most of the time is them as customers who cause problems when something doesn’t go their way. I always have great experiences with this store.

I visited the outlet store twice this month as my family was in town from Switzerland. The quality of the clothes is great but unfortunately, the staff is not friendly at all. When we enter the store all the staff were in the cashier's just talking and laughing! We got to the back of the store and asked to find out about a bigger size of pants in the sale rack. One of the employees was very rude and told us that "whatever was in front of us was the only sizes on sale. I was very surprised because they were not busy at all and were very unwilling to help. They were more interested in their conversation than in serving customers. Since nobody seemed interested in selling anything, we decided to go to Levi's instead. The corporation needs to have these employees go back to customers service training.

I was in dire need of new jeans that actually feel good and fit without hemming. I'm 5'3" and these jeans are absolutely perfect! Amazing customer service and CHRISSY was so helpful that I bought 70% of her suggested items that really look good on me, yes my size is a 27, haha. I love how they feel, I love the service, and I love the experience. Thank you, Chrissy! Purel is all over the store, so I felt very safe! Go! You won't be disappointed ;)

I love these Jean's. I have never found anything that fits as well or as comfy as these jeans. I'm going crazy waiting for them to open up again since this pandemic.

Great help from every associate I dealt with. My big mistake was coming here on a Sunday. Thank God it's a free parking lot because I took about 25 minutes trying to find a spot. Of course you initially try to find one near where you want to go-especially if you have just one store to go to-but then you give up as you try to find ANY spot. Finally finding one near where Chipotle was (not the take out lot so please read the signs), I speed walk my way on over. Busy AF, I was greeted by several friendly people among the crowds. Clearly it's an outlet, so some mad sales were going on. Although I was there to return a jacket from online, I even had to take a quick look. Finally I was smart and went straight to the check out line. I had to wait about 10 minutes or so but once you got up there, everyone there was courteous and super nice. Coming prepared with your invoice/receipt and everything certainly helps as well. Although I didn't end up keeping any of my Levi's items this time around, I would return due to the great service (and product) on my next search for a jacket. From Long Beach to El Segundo to here, I have had a decent experience at every location. Thanks Levi's stores!

Today i had the worst experience of all shopping center I visited. Discrimination, robery, and rude staff against my pregnant wife 3 out of 7 items that I bought are misleadingly labeled 20 less than computer price , label shows 29 but charged 49 . Fake discounts. Refuse to honor coupons, my wife was tired she set but worker pushed her asking her to stand

I bought a pair of jeans for my husband on Sunday but shortly after looking around other stores he changed his mind on the jeans so we went back to return the item. We were told that their policy is NO REFUNDS and that all sales are final. There are no signs in the entire store that says that. The employee says that it says it on the receipt. I told her that by the time I got the receipt, I already paid so what good does that do. This is absolutely ridiculous and I'm going to look into this to see if this is legal.

I walked in on Sunday after opening and the store was already very busy (at 10:30 am there was a line for the fitting rooms). Nevertheless, I was greeted and acknowledged upon entering. I tried on a pair of jeans but decided wanted to browse some before any decisions on buying. An employee, Mariah, seeing I was looking for another pair of jeans offered to help and made some recommendations on what I was looking for. I really appreciated her taking the time to do that--I believe that in this age online shopping and next day shipping, genuine personal service is what will keep people like me going to physical stores like this one. Thank you again Levi's Citadel for a great shopping experience.

Worst shopping experience ever! Went in yesterday to exchange some jeans for a smaller size, was immediately asked what size I was looking for by an employee at the entrance (woman wearing yellow top and glasses) . I responded I was looking for 32/29 and she responded " we don't have that size" I assured her I've purchased that same size for that style before, she then said "well I know for sure we don't". Sure enough without even searching long enough , I found the jeans. I then said " would you look at that, I found them" she responded like a smart *** " GOOD FOR YOU" . What kind of customer service is that? This was the second time that same customer has been rude. The last time she was cursing in front of me.

I haven't seen such horrible customer service for a long time that I actually had to come home and write a review rather than go over the items I shopped. Roberto who worked on 8/31/2919 has the worst customer service ever. He talks to customers as if he owns the shop or brand. I have spend thousands of dollars on 7 jeans and I shouldn't feel I welcomed when I go the shop just because the staff isn't feeling that day. Also, they forgot the detector on my jeans and I had to driver 55 minutes back to the outlets to get it removed. Roberto needs to take CSR course in college or something. I have spent too much money on this brand to get the disrespect I got. I hope this message comes across to his superiors.

My new favorite jeans! I got my first Levi jeans as a gift from my boyfriend 4 years ago, and believe it or not, it's still in GREAT condition! No matter how many times you wash these jeans, they will bounce back to it's original condition. I have worn this pair every chance I could get. It's my only favorite pair of pants and I had to come back to get more! Christian was extremely helpful, he told us about the special deals they were having (even though it wasn't advertised anywhere). If you buy two or more, you can get them for $39 each! What a deal! My boyfriend and I decided to get 3 pairs between the both of us, and we really saved more money compared to as if it wasn't at this outlet store.
