Be careful! My husband went in to buy coffee and bread, so when he was paying the cashier asked him if he needed a receipt he replied no thanks but then he noticed they were overcharging him andinformed them. they said that it was probably in the register already so he told them to be careful next time and I guess they didn't like what he said and they got very defensive, aggressive and yelled at him, so he left, he said he would never be going there.

If I could give this location -5 stars I would. I came in for a door dash order and was a bit confused as to whether 7-11 prepared the orders or I had to take care of it myself and use the loaded doordash debit card. I politely asked the cashier Lili and they immediately started yelling at me in Spanish. This was at 3:30am and they had the music blasting so loud that I might have been able to understand what she was shouting at me if I could hear Lili. I decided to try and use the debit card for the order and it wouldn't work. Doordash support told me that the store should have the order ready. So I asked again if they prepared doordash orders and I was met with more shouting and aggressive hand waving, only this time it was both Lili and the other cashier, Rosa. They told me that when she yelled at me earlier, she was actually explaining how the orders work. Mind you, Lili never once asked to see my order on the phone and refused to look when I tried to show it to them. I explained to them that I couldn't hear what they said earlier because the music was too loud and I don't really understand Spanish. Lili then screamed at me and Rosa translated it, also screaming, to cancel my order and get out of the store. I told them that I had to report this to doordash. They both kept screaming at me. Lili in Spanish and Rosa in English. They started to flip me off and laugh at me as I was leaving. I filmed them flipping me off through the window to send to doordash and then Lili came outside and started to film my license plate and my wife and two babies inside the car. Keep up the great customer service, 711!!!

Horrible experience. Came in with my dad on Mothers day Sunday 14, around 5:30pm. I needed a headache relief pill for my mom since she had a headache, and something for my 9 year old little cousin that was feeling nauseous. My dad asked the attendant where the medication for headaches where. He replied with awful tone and pointed to where they where located and proceeded to to say “ can’t you see them.” My dad is an older gentleman that has problems with his vision so he usually needs assistance finding items. As I was looking for something to snack on for the way he went to look for the medication. I met up with him after and he asked me which one he should I chose one that said “ headache relief “ but it did not have a price tag on it. I told him just to grab it and ask the attendant for the price. As my dad waited in line I decided to try their coffee since I never had one. Before the coffee stopped pouring I over heard the attendant getting loud but not sure what it was. My dad came up to me and said “ let’s go! We’re not buying anything” With a frustrated voice. The attendant told my dad, with a loud attitude “ if it doesn’t have a price tag I can’t sell to you nothing. Grab something else not this!“ So I left with my dad and didn’t purchase anything. As we where leaving he just kept staring at us through the window. Not sure what he’s deal was. Horrible experience. Definitely won’t be going back there. Don’t recommend passing through there unless you want to have a bad experience. I Definitely would be glad to speak to a higher up.

Favorite 7/11 man they coffee machine they got I never see it before chai latte machine making chai better then Starbucks I hope they bring this machine s all other 7/11 locations to really great job ?

My boyfriend’s car needed to get towed. We were in parking lot and wanted a soda while we waited. The time was 12:10 am and the rude attendant said it was closes when clearly it’s 24 hours. We then saw she let a few people in so we got off and tried going again but she didn’t let us in. At about 1:30 am a crowd of people went in so we did too. When I asked her what happened she said she “lets in only regular customers”…. The stupidest answer possible. Don’t come here.

Went in with my wife this morning 04/12/22 around d 4:20 am to buy her some coffee and a snack before work. The blonde lady with fake eye lashes got mad because we dropped some cups and failed to picke them all up so she gave my wife a dirty look when my wife did the same she tried to pick a fight with her and then told the cashier not to sell us anything. And would not stop trying to fight my wife. Very bad attitude on her part.

plus sized mexican store clerk lady was not polite at all. she was wearing glasses and was not even wearing her mask properly. and the customer service was horrendous. don't come here if you care about sanitation and PROPER service.
