They are robing us for our money when none of there equipment works I spent almost 10 dollars to get anything to work I would like my money back. If you equipment doesn’t work put a sign up so people know not to wast there time more money when everyone is struggling financially to even pay for these things are o be done. This is really inexcusable I would like my money back I work really hard to earn my money to keep my car nice. But yall are just robing people by not putting sign up starting that your place is tuned down & thing aren’t working. I would recommend this place to anyone if you can’t keep it up to maintenance. Please fix this problem because most people can’t just afford to keep dishing out money like that

The one thing you can rely on from this is a bad car wash. I've been here at least three times and every time I've had to go back and scrape $h!t off my car. This last time, I even upgraded to a more extensive package and paid nearly $50 for a more thorough wash. I still spent another half an hour scraping bug splatter and poop off my car when I got home. You might as well just light your money on fire.

This carwash made a big mistake by telling me they couldn't just vacuum my car today. A simple job of vacuuming was beneath them. Go down the block unless you want a poor customer experience. All services started at a minimum of $40 even if your car doesn't need more cleaning. Basic math would tell you that turning me away = $-9000+ as I will never go back and also tell my network not to go here. I normally get my car washed monthly, but plan on using Auto City Car wash at 16th/Van Ness who had no issue helping me with a vacuum and did a great job.

I was really surprised that this place was still here because i heard they sold the property,and i think they are putting up condos? I haven't been here in 100 years, Lmao! For how long the lines can get, they are really fast here, and they do a great job in detailing your car.I know it's a short review,but that's all there is to say about this car wash place,lol oh the workers here were really nice.Thanks for reading my review.~Lizzie~

I took my car to be washed today. I just wanted a basic wash. Little did I know , the basic car wash is the most expensive. They do a great job washing and cleaning the outside and inside of the car. However who ever heard of the basic costing $40. And get this, there's not one sign anywhere posting prices or what each level costs? This place is a rip off and they are dishonest. Plus the guy who gave me the receipt when I pulled up was very rude. I'll never go back again. These people should be reported.

Quick in and out, reasonably priced, and great service--would return if needed. The location is convenient, and signage is excellent.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid $44.99 to get my cargo van washed. I talked to and showed the person arranging the sale about the need for vacuuming and cleaning of each area of my car. Mind you, my car was dirty, but nothing extraordinary. It is a cargo van with no carpets in the back. He said it would take around 25-30 minutes. After 15 minutes, I was told my car was done. The entire back had not been cleaned, AT ALL. No vacuuming, no wipe down, nothing. There were still visible spots all over the exterior of my car, as well. The dash and console were still covered in grime. They agreed to do it again. This time, they returned the car to me after about 35 minutes. the pictures below say it all. This is AFTER they had apparently done the job a second time. And the exterior grime was all still there. I ended up asking for a rag and literally scrubbed the outside of my car by myself. No joke. They refused to provide a refund. I will never return to this facility ever again. They lost a customer who gets her van washed at least 1x/week. I am not rich. I struggle financially but I do not have access to a garage. I felt taken advantage of and treated as if I was stupid and easily bamboozled. I am not sure if it was my gender or what, but the whole experience was offensive and insulting. I will be going to the self-wash in Daly City from now on.

I used to come here once a month when I drove my car more often. Now I only drive once a week so my car was ready for a good clean. They are very professional and do a great job. Prices has gone up but still the best place to come to get your car clean!!!

Had a basic car wash ($39.99) here and even though I was satisfied with the wash, I was a little frustrated after seeing a chip on my windshield. I would know that it wasn't there before the car wash because I look at my dash cam each time I start my car, and that's when I noticed it.I suppose it happens in any traditional drive thru car wash but oh well. I won't come back. I then recommend going to Castro Car Wash instead where they wash your car by hand. Long as the interior of your car isn't super dirty, you can avail their basic wash for $45.

This place did a great job in a city with VERY few options for an inside and outside clean. You get a gas discount too, on the chevron gas at the station. All that is fine. $45 was the midrange price for a full vacuum and windows cleaning. Detail treatments start about $100. These folks are hardworking! I pointed out a tape mark that I couldn't get ride of and the manager used a micro scraper to get ride of it.
