The staff was polite and extremely helpful ! I didn't realize how stressful remodeling a bathroom could be but after getting in contact with Lorena and her staff, things went so smoothly! I've been going to back and forth with so many options from so many different places and I swear I was starting to give up on the remodel. Once I stepped into WinBath and Kitchen and spoke to Lorena, a weight was immediately lift off my shoulders. They're all so knowledgeable with their products. Lorena also was able to give me so many options is different price ranges. She helped me save so much money for quality products. Other places were selling me the most expensive products and Lorena was able to show me great products for an affordable price. Aside from being so friendly and helpful, the store has a beautiful lay out and presentation of products. I'm so satisfied with my remodel. 10/10 would recommend

I can't even start to tell you how wonderful,knowledgeable and helpful Lorena and her team are at WinBath&Kitchen... I know that remodeling a new master bath can be stressful and intimidating but Lorena and the ladies at WinBath&Kitchen made it such an easy process of helping to pick out all the bathroom fixtures for me and my wife's remodel.... I will definitely be back for future remodel's as well as recommending them to family and friends...thank you WinBath&Kitchen!

Obligatory statement of I would give 0 stars but I have to give 1. I came into this establishment twice looking for a bathtub. The first time wasn't so bad as I just had questions. the second time I came in with my wife and the lady LORENA that I was dealing with was rude from the jump to the point to where my wife said she didn't want to buy from there. When I asked for a price on some shower fixtures she immediately gave me the price of the cheaper option. Not sure if because I'm black she expected me to not be able to afford the one I asked for. Ultimately this negative review comes down to me attempting to buy a tub, while in store we asked for a price of a tub with taxes and LORENA gave us a price. LORENA gave me her card and said I could text her my information and she would put the order in. I sent her a text one morning and got NO response. I ended up having to call way later in the day to verify if they ordered the tub in which LORENA practically told me she seen my text and ignored it. So she said she would order it and call me back to get my card info. When I was called back they asked for my card info and attempted to charge me without telling me the price(luckily I asked), the price ended up being more than what I specifically remembered LORENA telling me. So I call my wife and asked if she remembered what the price was and her number was the same exact number I remembered. So I called LORENA back and told her that the day my wife and I were in she gave us a different price. LORENA proceeded to tell me that my wife and I were lying she most definitely did not tell me that price. So when I asked her what price she told me she said she doesn't even remember giving us a price. So I asked LORENA how can she tell me that I was lying about the price without her even remembering giving me a price. She quickly started to try and belittle me and tell me the tub was already ordered and will sell whether I buy or not. Customer service from the beginning with her was crap and I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. Check their Yelp reviews and the reviews there will be more in line with my experience and it seems most of the negative reviews are about LORENA.

I have bought items from Win Nelson several times over the last 15 years really, but never knew how truly awesome they were until I needed a small replacement part for some shower hardware. I was just calling to get the part info to order it and Raquel there not only looked up my order from over two years ago, but she contacted the manufacturer on my behalf seeing that it was under warranty who promptly shipped it within 24 hours to me. If you want high quality products and top notch service, don't go anywhere else but here. Thank You!

Small but nice showroom. The salesperson, Lorena, went above and beyond to help us and never tired of our questions about the different choices in selecting new bathtubs. She was super knowledgeable and we left knowing way more than we thought possible. Thanks, Lorena!

Someone needs to tell the owner to get rid of the mask requirement, even L.A. County lifted all the covid nonsense...... Just lost out on a bunch of money and numerous potential customers. I'll find another store and send all my people to them. As a lady walked out without a mask on.

I will start by saying I have been a satisfied customer up until now. I understand the appointments only with Covid, but as a mother of two little children (1 and 4), and my husband at work, I tried to make an appointment when I only had my youngest and during his nap time. They would not let me make an appointment and stated that they are not allowing children in their store during covid. I explained that he would not be running around and that I would be wearing him in a wrap the whole time and they still refused. I feel like this is age discrimination and even though I have spent a fortune here in the past, they have lost my business.

If my husband and I could leave more stars, we would! WinBath has been amazing, specifically due to the customer service Shiela has shown us. Shiela is so patient and listens to every need and want you are looking for. It took us about a month to decide on all the bathroom accessories like the tub, vanity, lights, etc. and Shiela helped every step of the way. The HONEST recommendations were a real plus. Also, WinBath is a one stop shop! We've recently gone back to purchase our kitchen sink and kitchen faucet. They have it all, and with Shiela's help, we can see ourselves coming back for years!

Just called in to ask a simple question about a bathroom vanity. The lady that answered the phone seemed short. I was going to go in to see what they had available but not now. Lost a potential customer
