The staff is great. It's always a pleasure to see them. They are very helpful , courteous, and patient. They continuously do a lot for the community. They're greatly appreciated for there services they provide.

They have very poor customer service. They have a sign of will call window that opens from Monday through Friday 7 AM to 9 AM and Saturdays at 9 AM to 11 AM. I come every morning around 750 to pick up mail and knock knock and knock, and they don’t even come out to let me know that my stuffs not ready or at least to let me know that they will help me shortly. Young ladies here have very bad attitude, and body language.. when you talk to the supervisor, they say he’s never, or she is never available. They always open really late. They supposed to open at 8:30 and they end up opening at 8:40am they are very rude to our seniors in our Hispanic community I wish I can post pictures of signs

Missing packages tht they say were delivered. I watched the mailman come to my front door, just feet from my face. Then i get a message saying it was delivered when it was not! Try finding how to report it. If they say it was delivered you cannot tell them it was NOT.I have days of missing mail. Now missing packages. There are theives working here at this post office and everyone needs to be put on a poly. 51 years here and NEVER have had such bad service, disrespect etc. Sat spoke with a temp and all he did was complain about how therrible this route is. He was yelling at me, very rude saying how messed up things are. No phones are answered. Time to contact the Post Master General.

2023/057I haven't been in this Colton Post Office for years since i have no business to do so.Our locked mailbox was broken into about 2 weeks ago so I had picked up our 2 week's mail.With my previous visits , I've never encountered any bad service with the staff here.This post office is well kept and decent looking in spite structure was built 53 years ago. Street Drive thru free standing mailboxes are available if you need one.Passports are processed here to by appointment if ever you need one.Parking in front of the building is very limited so sometimes you have to wait for awhile for availability. I'm not sure of the street parking if any. I had to wait for 5 minutes for an available parking spot.There were only 2 postal staff worand 3 people before me waiting in lineGot all my mails with no hitch but had to wait for few minutes for next window.

Ever since they got new carriers for delivery they lost 2 packages and when you go to complain the only thing they say is they can’t do anything about it and basically you deal with it yourself and contact the shipper to replace your item because they lost it. Ridiculous!

I've had a PO box at this location for about a month and in that time they've taken 2-3 days to find a package twice and given away one of my packages to a different person once. The lines are also slow and long, so I get to wait 15 minutes in line in order for them to not find, or tell me they gave my package to someone else. I'm starting to believe all the other reviews about people missing multiple packages and being suspicious of them. I believed that having a PO box would be more secure, but i'm having more trouble in this month than I have previously just getting packages at home. Naturally, the clerks do not care and take no responsibility for their actions, so my lost packages are are met with "sorry I don't know what to tell you".

I love when I need to go to the post office before work and they say that they're open at 6:30 for me to check my PO box and it is 8:00 and the doors are locked. And no phone number to call unless I want a robot
