Excellent Service by Colton Post Office.
I’m thoroughly impressed with the Colton Post Office team. After a package went missing, they acted swiftly to locate it, and it was safely delivered to my mailbox. Their prompt and efficient service is truly commendable. I’m very grateful and highly recommend their services!

Used the will call window, lady in front of me had her mail checked on but when I asked where my mail was i was told she couldn't check and I needed to wait in the long morning line and wait for a clerk. My Informed Delivery notification said my item was delivered 3 days ago to my box but nothing was ever there. Isn't your will call window there for a reason?

Their customer service has really improved! Staff engages with all their customers and the young lady that helped me went above and beyond to ensure I received my registered envelope. She showed concern and compassion I wasnt expecting. Great job!

WARNING: Sleaze ball tactics here on Postal Boxes in Colton. Don't expect an invoice when your box is up for renewal. They told me if they did invoice us, it would be a courtesy not good business. You have 10 day grace period before they charge you a late fee. But don't worry they won't lock your box or block your mail or do anything to notify you that you're in your grace period. After the grace period, then they'll block your mail. So now you can come in and pay your renewal fee and the new unwaivable $25 late fee.

Just got a notification from my ring camera that my mail lady went onto my property and opened my gate to let my dog into another gated area. This now puts 2 of my dogs in danger! Why is she on my property and moving my dogs?!
