“I needed a car towed and everyone else said they were too busy and it would be a couple of hours and I couldn't wait for hours like they wanted so I called Rocky at Rock Bottom Towing and he had a tow truck there in less then 15 minutes. Thank you. I wish I could get service like that everywhere I go.”

“This is a late post. But Rafael came out on 9/20/24 to help with towing my car. I had to push my car out of the parking lot into an area where it could be towed. When he arrived he was unable to make it through the back entrance to the parking structure because of how it was laid out. He then went to the opposite side to get in and it worked. After getting the car on the bed, the straps he had was not working correctly so it took him longer to safe hook the car to the bed. Eventually we were able to make it home and he assisted me to push my car up the driveway. With no questions asked he volunteered to help. Overall, he was very helpful and knew what he was doing every step and kept me informed of what he was doing. I would request him again if that is an option. Thank you Rafael!”
