Update #2: ($1800 in repairs (3 incidences) within 4 months of purchasing the car.) About three weeks after I got the engine replaced ($779 cost for me) by the dealership (See Update#1 below) the air conditioning stopped blowing cold, so I had to spend another $250 at the dealership to fix it. Fast forward to yesterday when I had to run a red light to pull over in time before my engine overheated. I was in Orange County, so I had to get my car towed all the way back to Colton from there. Turns out the radiator needs to be replaced. I told the salesperson that I needed a reliable car for work. Why did they sell me a Hyundai? You would think that they'd know the reputation for these particular cars is terrible. Also, they financed me for almost $12,000 for the car. Come to find out that the Kelley Blue Book value of the car private party is $4500 max. The trade in value is $1600-$2400! Moral of the story is try to have better judgment than me and not go to the dealership when you're super desperate and will take anything for any price without doing your research. I will update again when I find out how much the latest issue is going to cost me. Update #1: Bought a 2014 Hyundai Sonata which turns out are known lemons. I should've done my research. Now 6 weeks later, the entire engine needs replaced and I will be out $779 for new hoses and belts to go with the "new" which is actually a remanufactured engine that the dealer is at least covering. However, i have to cover the hoses and belts. I still am not a rich person so this $850 is a big expense for me. Don't buy any Hyundais from here. Unfortunately, a lot of their inventory was Hyundais when I went there. They had no Toyotas or Hondas. Red flag but I was just excited to get back on the road. First Review: (Right after I purchased the car) So far so good. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. I bought a Hyundai Sonata recently. I will update if I have any issues but so far I am very happy with how everything went!

Not a trustworthy place. Their online ads don't actually match the vehicles they sell, cars aren't equipped with options the advertise, vehicles in very poor condition and when you get there the prices are significantly higher than they previously communicate. Special shout-out to Aaron the "sales manager" for his extraordinarily poor service and deception.

Where do I start. Husband bout a Chevy Tahoe suv for our children...The sales associate Aaron jeeter, lied And told my husband to bring the truck back the next day after purchase so that things could be fixed on it. They told us it would take a day then it turned into overnight and several attempts to leave it overnight turned into almost a month straight just for the struts to get replaced. I've been driving with no side mirror my back hatch does not open and all of the sensors on the car go off on the dashboard they have not attempted to fix anything anytime we call we just get hung up on and no one has called us since we purchased a vehicle other than to make sure that our car payment has been in and the time it needed to. We've had to fix things ourselves in order to just drive it and still continue to do so because this dealership does not answer their phone or return calls!!!! I am so livid that it is taking over four months just for a side mirror and a back hatch not including all the rest of the issues with the truck!!!! The whole point to financing a vehicle is to make sure that the maintenance is kept up through the dealership before the car is paid off and they have not done one single thing!!!!I highly recommend you find another dealership it is not worth the deal they supposedly give you to have to maintenance your own vehicle before it's even paid off

We picked up our 2nd car for this place during the week in the rain ! We lucked out. The manager said this was the best time to buy at a dealer because they were usually slower when the weather was bad. He was right! We came here before and got a great price for our daughter's 1st car. We had shopped for about 2 weeks and we ended up here for our purchase. Everything was as advertised, no games, clean car, clean title, dmv paperwork was done on the spot. The guys werw very helpful and honest about the vehicle and we felt we got a great deal. Fast forward 6 months till now, we needed a 2nd car for work. My wife and I shopped for 2 weeks, and sure enough, we ended up back at the same place, in the rain ! They not only gave us a good rainy day discount, but a great return customer discount on top of that. Definitely recommend if shopping for a vehicle under $10k. They have alot of cars and suvs in the $5k range.

Piece of shit place! My parents like to support small businesses so when it came time to buy a car they ended up here, which was a huge mistake from the get go the car we bought had problems ranging from electrical to motor issues after going back and forth with them they agreed that they were going to take care of everything but when the time came they gave my parents a bullshit excuse that their mechanic was "out of town" and they didn't know when he was coming back. We ended up fixing everything ourselves. The registration was a problem as well they had our tags for a good two to three weeks but they never notified us and they told us that the license plates would come in the mail we waited about a month for them but they never came in! Ended up going to the dmv where they told us that the new plates were never ordered. The only good thing that went smoothly was them taking my parents money

Nothing but headache after headache. Still after two and a half months I have not received any updates on registration or title for the vehicle. Registration expires next month and all I have gotten from the dealership is that they may have sent my pink slip to the wrong address. Every time I call I get a run around with no answers or anything remotely close to a solution. I will never buy anything from this dealer again and I advise that nobody else does either to save themselves the hassle. Now I get to go down to the DMV and apply for a duplicate title so I can get the car registered before it's late. Thanks for nothing guys!

I tried to get a question answered about one of the vehicles in inventory, the man who answered was curt and abrupt I had a hard time understanding him. When I asked for him to repeat himself, he quickly answered and hung up. It is no wonder why car salesman have the reputation they do. There was a time when people learned how to sell and not focus only on the dollar, another instance of the deterioration of this country. BUYER BEWARE. Allen L. Corte'

The guys there are honest, able, and don't try to hassle or hustle you. I'm very happy with my purchase. A few notes: 1. Admittedly the cars there do need a little TLC but that's why the prices are under $5000. 2. Financing can only be done for $4000+ vehicles FYI. The guys said that pretty much any work desired can be done at their cost. 3. Warrenties CAN be purchased (12k /12mo and variations) even after the initial purchase date.

Was helping out a friend who needed transportation for a new job and found Fast Lane on the internet. Purchased a Kia Sedona van which my friend drove for a week and it kept overheating then finally stalled and wouldn't start back up again. Called Fast Lane since we had been told that a mechanic had checked all fluids and hoses before we bought it, hoping to have the mechanic re-check or give a copy of his report &/or have the dealer take the car back or offer to fix it ... at least look at it and act like he cared, especially since I paid cash and didn't negotiate on the price. I think I should have been able to have at least a reasonable expectation of a $3000 car lasting longer than a week!. Initial prognosis is that it may have now blown a head gasket from overheating and could cost as much as $3000 to fix which is the apx. price of the car. Now, since my EX-friend even walked away and left me holding the bag :( I've had this van sitting in front of my home for apx. 6 mos. not sure what to do with it. Very disappointed with Fast Lanes. ANY offer of assistance with this would have been greatly appreciated.
