Came to get a couple things and see what Ross had to offer. I was consistently being watched and the employees made sure I knew they were watching me. Another person came in and he had his hoodie on, and the employees stood at the end of the aisle watching him throughout the store. When I got to the register the employees were complaining about bad customer interactions. I understand having issues w/ theft, but there's no need to be disrespectful towards paying customers. Gossip during your lunch or break, but not during the time you're attending the register. Very unprofessional and reflective of the management. This will be the last time I ever come to this Ross.

Ross environment needs to be more kids friendly. Employees should be able to walk items to cars when single parents need help. I got a 10 month old in one hand and a 4 year old with autism on the other and an employee said they are not allowed to the premises. I bought a big o rug.

Really bad experience watching Anita the fitting room attendant yell at a woman and her young daughter over trying to use the restroom while she wasn’t present. The woman was urgently looking for a restroom after spraying a product on her arm and needed to wash it off because she said it burnt. She thought my boyfriend worked there when he came from the fitting rooms with a stack of clothes in his arms and asked him permission but he said he didn’t work there. Anita came back to her post and yelled at the woman and said she needed to wait and couldn’t go past without her being present, then proceeded to yell at her young daughter to move their cart out of the way and leave it around the corner. She was young so I understand wanting to be near your guardian. Please address your employee about this and have her fix her attitude especially when someone could possibly be needing medical assistance.

Shoes suck and they come apart one week after you buy them..but if you accidentally had a wardrobe malfunction than you can always bet they have clothes on sale.

I have been coming to this Ross for years and management now has the store tiptop. Everything is organized there is no clutter and the store is very clean cashiers are fast and courteous. I recommend the store highly.

Super rude cashier works there in the mornings. Doesn't acknowledge customers, or even say hello after you say hello. Doesn't say anything after you thank her. Then, calls the next customer up while you're still there trying to get your bags together.

Microaggressions are real here asked for my senior discount and was treated rudely and called " hon" by an attendant if you hadn't realized money is green so treat everyone fairly don't leave the register when you see black

Employees don’t care about customer service, floor employees treat everybody like thieves and makes shopping environment uncomfortable- Lil Maria as the cashier refer to her. I tried to report to the cashier and they didn’t acknowledge it. I told the Loss Prevention Employee who seemed to be in charge and she laughed in my face and told me to “Have a nice day”. Management needs to step it up and consider a customer service re training.Bad shopping experience.

Horrible! It's 928am store is empty! And I've asked for help and no one has assisted me! Horrible customer service. And they are standing around talking but not helping.

I swear, the only time this place is friendly is when you walk through the door and everybody shouts "WELCOME TO ROSS!!!" It's Sad to say that I think their only focus is catching shoplifters. While I was here they made some homeless chick empty out her bag and they handled that professionally. But after she left they threw her down to the gutter (mediphorically speaking). I must have heard the F-word come out of an associates mouth at least 20 times. One customer in line even cringed. I don't know who I felt more sorry for, the homeless girl or the associate.

I've been coming here for years, and I do get bad and have good experience. Haven't been here since before the pandemic and the store is spacey as they moved some stuff now. If you're lucky, you can find some good items. There's even a amazon pickup now.Staff is OK, but must they put everything in one bag??? We can't take out the carts, but since mom's disabled I have to be the one carrying the heavy lifting, as well as multiple bags especially since it's seniors day.Not every senior has someone with them.

Today we had a bad experience,Customer service was horrible , her name is DesireeI asked for her name she did not want to give it to me , I ask her again. She told me her name is Desiree.,she threw my card with attitude in front of my mom and daughter,To make long story short,I spoke with the manager.hopefully,she can speak with Desiree to be better customer service.
