Do not get your taxes done here or trust them for anything they messed up on my partners taxes my parents and mine I tried to stay for years giving them the benefit of the doubt they missed an entire w2 when we gave them all documents screwed up with their not my problem attitude then had to audacity to ask if we had our tax return money weeks later to pay back it was 100% their error it's sept 2022 and we finally were given the 225.00 fee back they charged us pathetic please be aware when using this place they are not accountable for their mistakes now we get to clean up the mess this is their service and they are sloppy and careless why pay to have your taxes done if you can't trust they will be done right so consumer beware
