We have been dealing with Pulmocare since taking over a business mid-January 2023. The staff have been very nice to us and have taken care of our needs. The delivery service for our business is good and the delivery driver is friendly and helpful.

I have called numerous times for new hoses.they should be replaced every 6 mos. They REFUSE. Yet they bill my insurance anyway.

I have been a Patient with Pulmocare since September 2007. They have been great with making sure my needs are met. Gabriela Ortiz was my first RT that was a great advocate for me as Bruce the owner. They went beyond their boundaries to get me the care I needed. I have formed a friendship with Angie my RT who gives me excellent care . Supplies calls me every month with a reminder and office staff is always helpful. My Life is thriving because of Pulmocare Respiratory Services.

Impeccable Customer Service! I don't know where these one stars are coming from, but I have been calling for cylinder change-outs the last few weeks, and have found a pleasant, competent young woman on the other end. My service(s) will be complete within 24 hours! That's how you do business people!

I called Pulmocare on a Holiday. My moms cat had attacked her last tubing the night before. I felt that this was an emergency because she needed the tubing to walk to the bathroom. She is little, it isn't an option for her to drag the concentrator. Triana organized the delivery of the 02 tubing. Kyle was able to get it to us quickly. Both Triana and Kyle showed that they were willing to do whatever it took to help us out in this situation. I really appreciated the security that comes with Pulmocare!!!

called on 6-29-14 at 5pm to have an emergency technician help my mother with her suction machine because it stopped working last night. They said no one can come out to her house until Monday, so if she stops breathing now, she should just call 911, since no one at your office can send a person out to replace or fix her suction machine. I spoke to Chris, and he said there is nothing he can do until Monday. So I asked for his supervisor's name he said it was Ms. Gabriella Ortiz, and I would like Ms. Ortiz to respond to this message from me. Also if you can tell me why no one has ever come out to suction my mom? There is never a respiratory therapist coming out, and everytime we call to ask them to come out he sounds like is is asleep or drunk on the phone and said he can not make it out today. Can you please have a new suction machine brought to my mothers house ASAP!!!
