Our oil light came on after a recent oil change done at another shop. I called AAA to find a AAA approved repair shop on our road to Las Vegas, and was directed to Proshop Automotive in Colton. Uriel let us know he would make time to assess our issue when we phoned. He met is when we pulled up, checked our oil level and quickly determined that we were a quart low. He filled up our reservoir and rechecked the oil level to our satisfaction. He even noticed that our coolant reservoir was completely empty, checked the type of fluid it needed and added the necessary fluid. What a nice, helpful and compassionate mechanic he is! I recommend this shop to anyone needing mechanical repairs in the Colton area. On our way again to Las Begas!

I went in because my car didn't shift no more. Only stayed on 3rd gear. I have no experience in electrical problems with my car. Soo I left it here for 2 weeks which I didn't mind. And I saw good reviews here ?. They send you a link to your phone on what's the issue and cost. And send pictures and video clips of what wrong. I thought the amount was right. And I'm happy to come back here to fix anything else on my car. ?

I've been looking for a mechanic/shop I can start taking my Mazda to for regular maintenance/intervals and Proshop has not disappointed. Each time I've taken my car here they've taken care of me in a costly and timely manner. They carry out an actual full inspection of your vehicle whenever you get service done and recommend any service they catch.

They always correctly identify and repair whatever problems my vehicles have had. They stand behind their work. Also, they take the time to explain the problem and take pictures to make sure you know what is going on. They are very patient and friendly.

I was calling to different shops for anestimate because I wanted to get agood price on fixing my brakes/rotorssince my car was shaking and I have my baby daughter with me all the time. The guy on the phone told me he couldn’t give meone over the phone but he gave me agood explanation as to why. I ended upmaking an appointment and taking mycar in for an estimate but after theinspection, they realized that theshaking was not coming from thebrakes like I assumed. It was actually amore complicated issue and low fluids.Thankful that I was there for theprocess. They showed me the issues,sent pictures to my phone, andexplained what they recommended Ido. Very thankful to have found this place. I really felt like they took their time to take care of me and just gave me a good sense of safety for me and my daughter.Services: Oil change

This company just likes to take ur parts and ur money. I went in and told him my motor mount sound like their having a problem. U have to pay $99 for the check up , if they fix the problem the $99 goes to the service. They told me I had MINOR issues , nothing to worry about. And motor mount looked good. I get my car back and a day later, I have a dead battery, all my lights turn on , and my car starts shaking and is loud. Looks like they changed my battery .I ended up getting my car checked from someone else and what do u know? Motor mount is damaged. Got it fixed and everything is now good on my car.I called the company and told them what happened and if I can get my money back because he told me they checked everything, especially the motor mounts . He said he will give the owner a call in 3 days. It’s been over 2 weeks and nothing. I been calling and they don’t pick up my phone call, now my number just goes straight to voicemail. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!I wasn’t going to do this review, because I normally don’t and rather do things a better way. But now I’m really upset. I hate when companies think they can do this to u. This was my first time ever going to a shop, I’ve had the worst experience ever and I’ll never trust a shop ever again!!!’n
