I wouldn't recommend anybody go to the store the employees will falsely accused you of something that you didn't do and humiliate you in front of guests and employees. Restrict you from services that you have rights to.

Not the biggest pilot, expensive fuel and very few places to stay overnight. Diesel 5.35. There is a service center and a workshop for tire repair, electrician and oil change.

Very friendly and professional staff. All parking lots are Reserved but I could expect nothing less in a middle of a huge city. I was amazed to find Pilot here at all. Thank you my favorite J for giving us truckers an island of rest in a middle of it all! I would rather have smoll Pilot than no Pilot)

A rundown truck stop, things are a mess: The deep potholes near the CAT Scale are trashing trucks left and right, causing all sorts of chaos and delays. The CAT Scale speaker, which should be helpful, plays a trick on users by telling them to call for help when it's working just fine. And don't even get me started on the staff - clueless and couldn't care less when you point out the problems. Oh, and to top it off, the coffee here tastes like it's been sitting for days.

Had a very bad experience with the teller, Angie. Who wouldn’t let me return something that I just purchased. I went in there to speak to her showed her my receipt she denied accepting the product told me to go to a different pilot. All my years of experience I’ve never had that done the way she spoke to me was so unprofessional. Again, her name is Angie.

Good experience love parking here the security guard is active all night making sure no suspicious activity going on. The place well kept and feels safe not bad paying $25 for parking knowing that is safe.

You can’t even use the bathroom without that same security knocking on your truck telling you that you have to move. Every spot is reserved. You get fuel then have to use the bathroom I guess you just hold up the fuel island??♂️??♂️ avoid if possible I gave the manager CHRIS the same scenario and he has no clue. Welllll aren’t you the manager?

Small, cramped, dirty Pilot, very few spaces, no free ones at all, $25, parking very tight and inconvenient. Showers are dirty.
