I've called my bank, credit union, and all wanted me to have a certain amount using a conventional loan so I have to wait and save to use them. Then I called few institutions that did not explain anything well so I had to cease service with them because they weren't explaining things for I to understand. “I read and did my research of local banks in the area before I decided who I was going to choose for my banking purposes. As a veteran, I decided to choose Navy Federal credit Union. The process was fast and easy. I filled out an application online and received an email later on how I can submit documents to be verified. I could have uploaded it online or mailed it, but I am old-fashioned. I like to go in person. I made sure I brought all the documents, made sure the documents are recent and up to date to verify. I walked in and was greeted and let them know what I was there for. There was three people ahead of me. As I sat and waited in the lobby visual layout looks great, place looks clean and employees were professional interacting with other Members. I had the opportunity to have Brianna assist me. She was welcoming, professional, polite, verified my information and gave me my debit card on the spot. Explained the banking information and services and answered all my questions I had. “Tellers were very helpful when my family member passed away, got me through the process and went out of their way to do it. Anyone complaining about banker wait times needs to learn how to make an appointment! Anyone complaining about wait times for deposits or withdrawals needs to learn how to use the ATM. I would assume that people seeing tellers have issues, or are elderly, so the lines are going to take a while. With all of the other options, why would anyone go inside for any other reason?”

“Went into branch to wire funds. I like they are very thorough with asking for more than just one form of ID. They were very patient with me with getting the wire information off their app on my phone. They wired the money and within an hour the receiving party confirmed they had the wire. Chase is a big bank and I'm not crazy about calling their 800 number. But the last time I called their 800 I got prompt service. I do like my chase Amazon credit card that gives me 5% off any Amazon purchases. I do know if I go into ANY branch of Chase that the people are very friendly and they will take care of my request. Thank you chase.”

“the line was so long because there are still alot of other branches that had not opened still. the only complaint i had was there was no instruction for people that have an appointment. So i waited outside... after almost missing my appt then they said oh u could have just walked in. I wish they have more instructions online. But this place has been remodeled so the inside is really nice from reading other comments: they want what they want even though it is not policy. But all staff has been respectful.”
